It is my pleasure to provide a review for 180Medical. I have had used their catheters for approximately five years. They made what I thought was going to be uncomfortable experience into a comfortable one. Never once was there a delay in receiving my product and they even reminded me to order early in case there was a possibility of a shipping delay. Any questions were answered promptly with kindness and understanding. A great company with great staff!

Most importantly whenever I call a member of your staff I receive excellent service. Your staff is very friendly and concerned for my needs. 180 medical has done everything they can possibly do to help me in the few times I had problems. They provided some samples and even had the seller of the brand I was using send some samples just to get me by until I could get my prescription done. I love this company and the staff that I have talked to for my mother's medical needs. They deal with address changes as she lives in two states. Everytime I call always a quick answer no long holds.
