My PCP here is Jennifer Guess. She is attentive, empathetic, and truly listens to me and my concerns. She explores various treatment options, when needed. She does not tell me what to do, but rather what I should do and expresses possible alternatives and outcomes. I can get into a provider here rather quick, and can be seen in-person or via Telehealth. There is also a Sonora Quest inside the office, so blood work can be done right away. If it’s too busy, you can always go to the Sonora Quest across the street. Regardless, my wife and I will be coming to Jennifer for the foreseeable future.

I've been going here for a few years now. I've zero complaints. There was only one time that the waiting room was packed and that was months ago. I recently moved to surprise but still go to their Buckeye office. Thank you to everyone that works there. All your help is much appreciated.

Please take my advice and don't come here, don't waste your time. This doctor's office used to be awesome was going here for awhile and Dr Muhammad used to be a great doctor. Then for the last few years just the service received from this office is horrible. The ladys at the front desk are horrible and gossip behind the counter. Also have to wait about 30 minutes to get back to your appointment even when you arrive to your appointment on time. Also Dr Mohammad only cares about the money the paycheck he is completely judgmental and its just quick visit nothing addressed. Finding a new doctor and am glad to get away from 1st Family Medicine!

Had an appt scheduled on a Thursday at this location a few weeks ago. I had a hard time finding the location & was having a hectic morning. I arrived for my appointment at 8:39am - my appointment was scheduled for 8:45am. When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me they could not see me & would need to reschedule. She stated I needed to fill out patient paperwork beforehand (pretty standard when visiting a new provider) & that it would take 10-15 minutes to complete - which would take up all the time for my appointment. I told her I work 6 days a week & had requested the day off to attend the doc appt, asked her if I could fill out the paperwork really quick. Wouldn't work with me at all, kept insisting I would have to reschedule. Needless to say I didn't reschedule & will not be back. Something about them not caring/wanting to see me when I arrived right before my scheduled time just rubbed me the wrong way.

This place has never been great but recently scheduled an appointment for one day, got a confirmation via text for that day, then later got a confirmation via text but for a day earlier. They changed my appointment date without contacting me to see if I was even available that day. Who does that? If I hadn't caught that the confirmation dates were different I would have 1) missed my new appointment which I am sure they would have billed my insurance for and 2) wasted my time by going to the appointment I actually booked to find the doctor not even there. Again, no excuse for this.

I used to have no issues here but lately it takes 50 calls to get any answers. They definitely don't call back like they say they will. The only time I get anywhere with this office is when I drop in and talk to them face to face. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.
