Radiologist was very rude, I wasn't expecting that kind of service, as a professional you would have to use the best words in explaining things, either positive or negative. Not say , "I am wasting time" , when she had been in the room for about 3 mins. Or less to tell me to go home and wait 4-6 weeks after my covid shot to get an ultrasound.and that alot of people are coming out with enlarge lymph nodes on their MRI's...
I did asked her that why didn't I get a call to cancel? when they are the ones scheduling? She then answer that I wasn't even ordered one, that ultrasound said "Baseline" And it wasn't an Ordered... I answer back to her that I was ordered an ultrasound, followed by a biopsy, and then mammogram.. she just looked lost , and that's when she said she was wasting time talking to me. I did tell her they were wasting my time, coming from far, missing work, and doesn't understand that she is at work and getting paid. When it only takes a call to cancel.
Instead of coming in and starting by apologizing that things were not done correctly, and I shouldn't had got schedule so soon, and explained why, maybe things would had been better.
