I started having difficulty getting ostomy supplies for my mom from the ostomy supply company that we had been using for years. We were in danger of running out, and couldn't get response from this company. In a panic, I started calling around for supplies. The wonderful ladies at 280 medical came to my rescue. I can't thank Georgia and Marilyn enough!! Needless to say, I've switched companies! You can't beat hometown folks!!

The sweet ladies of 280 Medical Supply helped today in a way few ever do. I have a patient who was needing an oxygen mask small enough to fit her sweet toddler. Her supply company had delivered the wrong size, but they wouldn’t replace their mistake. After two sleepless nights for this family, we called around to see what we could find. No one had anything. Until I called these sweet ladies! They modified a Turtle mask for our sweet toddler and it worked!!! Above that, they didn’t even charge for the mask! They did something few do, for someone they never met! This is a caring medical supply company!! They will get ALL my business and referrals for their kindness to a stranger!!!

We have used 280 Medical Supply for 20 years. The owner and staff are helpful and show concern for our needs. Over the years we have bought items that was covered by insurance and some was not. It is nice to have a local Medical Supply store near us. We bought a lift chair about a year ago when my husband had back surgery. He has been very happy with the chair. I got a nebulizer from this company via my pediatrician’s office for my chronically ill 4 year old daughter. They are charging me $253.00 for this item even though it retails for $50. When I spoke with a woman (who I suspect to be the owner) about how I felt this was unreasonable, I was met with belligerence and was repeatedly told to shutup and shut my mouth. She ended the conversation by saying that she could have offered me a deal but has my signature and all of my informations and would charge me as she pleased. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and reported them to Medicare. Please, please avoid this company. They are preying on the ill!

My son was recently paralyzed and we were left floundering upon his discharge from the hospital. Georgia walked us through all the steps to make me feel comfortable taking care of my son at home. She explained the various equipment and was kind enough to take the whole order process out of my hands by handling all the paperwork.
