Every time I call 3C, there's a Korean staff member who always helps me with scheduling. I’ve never caught her name since our calls are quick and to the point, but she’s been consistently helpful. Her voice may sound tough at first, but she’s actually very kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. Whether it’s booking or rescheduling, she handles everything smoothly—even making sure the right doctor is assigned.

Unlike other clinics where staff often sound indifferent and scheduling can be a hassle, my experience with 3C has always been pleasant and easy thanks to her. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism here.

No point in mentioning names however, my appointment was on 5/15/2025 @ 2:45pm. Everytime I go to this office I see a different person. Today while talking to the Dr. Or NP. She took a phone call, did not excuse herself and walked out. When she came back she ignored my request for a copy of my labs because the portal said all of my labs were ABNORMAL. She then tried to rush me out of the office and interrupted me while explaining why I need a specific medical device. She was very rude and I will never make another appointment with this office again. Oh and I never received the copy of my lab results.

I have been going to 3C for 5 years and have consistently been treated with individual care and professionalism. They are efficient and attentive in all areas; appointment setting, front desk operations, examination room and check-out / pharmacy relations.
What impresses me most is their one-on-one care…their interpersonal touch. I genuinely feel as though my health matters to them. Dr. Kim and Dr. Lee are simply impressive. I feel fortunate to be in their hands.
Also, they have recently expanded their practice as well as their square footage, offering even more health silutions including Psychiatry and Accupuncture!

I had an appointment with Sarah Ko the psychiatrist and needed some emergency prescriptions refilled. She picked a Walgreens for me and said she would send in the script. I called the Walgreens and they tell me they don’t even HAVE a pharmacy at that location. I tried calling back the office and they said since she’s teleheatlh they have no way of reaching her Like Dr. Ko obviously figured out they don’t have a pharmacy when she called in/faxed the script and didn’t think to call me to let me know the pharmacy doesn’t exist?

The meds I need are vital for my mental health and Dr. Ko knew this and now I’m stuck wo my script and no way to get a hold of her to see what pharmacy she called my script into.

So then I call 3C and they tell me to call another clinic that Sarah is at and I call that clinic and they tell me that they don’t have a way to get a hold of her because she’s out of the country for a couple of weeks

Like this whole system is so bad and there’s so much miscommunication and misinformation. It’s already tiring enough to make these appointments but when medical professionals don’t truly care about your health it’s exhausting .

Even when patients walk in without an appointment because they are not feeling well, the clinic never turns them away. I can truly feel the heartfelt care you provide, and it warms my heart.

Doctors were under trained. I arrived at 850 and checked in. I sat there waiting for 45 minutes for an appointment that was set 2 weeks in advance. Then after sitting for 45 minutes after I checked in they gave me 10 pages of paper work to complete...then I sat more waiting for my appointment at 930. This place is horrible

If you want to feel like a worthless human being, look no further! The support staff is great, but the doctors ( the ones we pay so much money for) can use a few lessons in basic manners. On my recent teledoc visit, I was told, "Your body is like a bicycle. If you don't use it, it will rust." Huh? I'm 60 years old, in good shape. I exercise daily. My hip has been hurting for three months. Does the doctor not listen? I think she is very kind, probably overworked. But I feel hopeless after every appointment. My insurance sucks, though, so I'll settle for mediocre for the time being.

The doctors will walk out of your appointment without telling you that they are moving on to the next patient without actually talking to you about your concerns, treatment plan, or the next steps in diagnostics or offer you a moment to ask questions.
