We found it necessary to enlist the services of biohazard removal recently in an apartment complex I work for. After getting several quotes, 911 Hazmat came in with the lowest bid by far! I was concerned that cost may reflect service quality but found I had no reason to worry. Kimberly was prompt with responses, flexible and professional. The team that came to complete the estimate and subsequent work were professional and thorough. They brough in all their equipment and walked me through the process. I had been skeptical of what might be able to be done to get this apartment back in shape. I was very impressed with the quality of work they did more than gratefully surprised with how the apartment turned out. We will definitely reach out to 911 Hazmat in the future if we need this kind of service again.

We had rats get into the garage and needed it disinfected after we got rid of them. We reached out to 911, and we're ecstatic that they do residential properties. They arrived at 930 am. and were done by 2. The crew was very nice, very organized and thorough. After all items were removed, they cleaned, wiped down, swept, and vacuumed. The garage looks amazing. The image is post cleaning, rat urine and dropping free!!! Highly recommend this company, they also provided lunch for us!!! Thank you to Trevor, Josue, and Isaias. You all were fantastic, very informative and professional.

Wonderful the level of prisizon, excellence, respectfulness, and kindness; Josue, Isaias, and Trevor were wonderful , oh my the garage is so clean; they were patient as we went through each container, Josue explained the level of contamination on items and why they should be disposed of and this company supplied lunch for us as well as the workers. I was really nervous and afraid of exposing my huge mess to anyone, but my family persuaded me,and I'm so glad these people are the ones they chose. Everyone on the team from supervisors to laborers became like family, only hard working family! I couldn't even believe how the guys who did the moving of bins and appliances etc. worked like nonstop robots and always polite, friendly, speedy... Better than I could have imagined. They never stopped to rest or smoke and never complained...such sweet gentlemen. Everyone was in clean ironed coveralls and lab coats looking like a television ad...perfect neat hair, well spoken. I just can't say enough.They even brought us lunch every day from a variety of local cuisine I d love to have them over for holiday dinner. They did a great job and left us happy...great team!!

We had a very emotional and complicated cleanup after an out-of-town family member's sudden death at home, and also some additional work needed to remediate some longtime mold issues. Kimberly and her team were thoughtful, efficient, and through over a process which took a few days at a time when we were not at our best, to put it mildly. Kimberly was the most responsive customer liaison with whom I have ever worked. After our initial contact, we were not able to remain in Oakland, but Kimberly and her team documented their entire process with extensive photos, reports, and documentation. We were able to follow along through the client portal, and Kimberly was always there to answer any questions and make suggestions. Really impresed by the level and quality of service they provided. Kimberly in the office and the clean up crew led by Alejandro were amazing every step of the journey to rehabilitating and cleaning our rental property in Stockton. Our tenants turned out to be hoarders with uncontrolled pets. The house was a disaster. The smell was horrible. Three days later after hard work, the house was empty, clean and like new. Smells clean and fresh inside and out. We are forever appreciative and grateful. Highly recommend.
