Getting through the receptionist on the call for an appointment is so very frustating. They don't understand your requirement and will just ask you to wait for decades until you get a call from someone for scheduling a simple appointment!!!!!!!!!

horrible HORRIBLE customer service, especially over the phone. if i could give it a 0 star review, i would. get new staff. people who are actually qualified and have the patience to work at a clinic.

Everything was good, but the lady at the front desk wasn’t dressed for a county position. Look like she was ready to go out dancing.

Took a cove in test there got handed the paperwork can't read it the lady told me to just log on to the website and the website doesn't work unless you want to see all their pictures
