We came into the emergency room on 9/22. My husband was having problems. They checked us in then told us to go sit in the waiting room. He tried to stand up and was shaking so bad I asked for them to help him right then. They said it would be a minute for a nurse. They finally took him back to a room where he was diagnosed with having a heart attack. After awhile I went out to walk around and when I came back in the woman that checked us in asked what was wrong with him. I told her he had a heart attack.
The emergency room was filthy as you can see in the pictures. Dust all over. Blood on the floor. Look at how dirty the cabinets are. If you can’t keep a house cleaner then you should pay them more to make sure they stay. This is total negligence.
Also the nurse that came in to put an iv in put his gloves on, couldn’t find a vein so he tore the ends of the glove off and rubbed the back of my husbands hand. Then did not clean his hand off before putting the needle in his hand. This is very unacceptable. They clean you for a reason.
I surely hope the operating room is clean and sterile.

Nicest health care people I have met since COVID!
Very pleasant experience from technicians, nurses and doctors. Great communication skills, very efficient and in a timely manner. Everyone was compassionate and caring. I haven't met people who enjoyed their jobs and actually took the time to listen to the
patient while giving excellent care.
Thank you to everyone who helped to make my time with you less stressful.

I came into the ER Friday night/early Saturday morning with a broken ankle. This was my first broken bone ever and I was in need of surgery to correctly set the bone again. I was absolutely terrified as I hate being put to sleep, however, Dr. Maddox, surgical staff, Briana and Patsy were all wonderful and helped put me at ease. They kept me as comfortable as humanly possible considering the circumstances and gave me the most professional and friendly care. Highly recommend this hospital for all of your needs!

Had outpatient surgery on 10/22. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and very caring. I felt like they cared about me as a person, not just a patient, and treated me like they did care about me. Totally a great experience . A small glitch in check-in was remedied quickly and from then on it was a smooth transition through pre-op, holding, surgery, recovery, post-op and discharge! Very pleased with everything and everyone !

Excellent care from the time I walked in the door to the time they put me in my car. Each person knows their job and does it smoothly and promptly. The employees seem to be glad to be there to take care of the patients. And that makes a world of difference when you’re trying to get feeling better. They are also excellent at following the doctors instructions. Overall a great place to have a surgery or anything else done.

Everyone was super friendly as soon as we walked thru the outpatient doors . The escort service was super! I wished I could have gotten her name. She explained where she was taking me, and that the waiting room may seem full. But she said just know that everyone in the room may have someone with them. Not everyone might not be having the test that I was. I really felt cared for. Thank you Flowers hospital for caring.?

Had an outpatient biopsy scheduled for October 11 th at 10 am check in and 10:30 am procedure. First and foremost, the nursing staff were excellent in every aspect. 5 stars there! However, the doctor didn’t show up for the procedure until after 12 pm! Laying on a stainless steel autopsy table for an hour with a 1/4 - 1/2 inch pad underneath didn’t sit well. This is where the nurses really stepped up and brought an actual cushioned bed in for me. Pads, pillows and heated blankets. So, thank the nurses. They are the ones who really make flowers a better place.
