Saturday is a great day tor lab work! I ran in and out in less than 10. There were only 3 cars on the driveway when I arrived at 10.

I would give a zero star if I could. My elderly mother called to get an appointment to see her primary Dr Williams for a sinus infection and was advised to wait for a tele-appointment with the doctor. Three days later and still no call!!! This is even after calling everyday to check and was advised again to wait for a phone call. Very unprofessional!! In the process of getting her set up with a new primary physican!!!!

I have been very impressed with Dr. Williams as my primary care physician. He is very knowledgeable, personable and takes the time to check me out appropriately. I highly recommend him as a medical physician.

I visited with extreme pain in neck and upper back, as well as even worse pain in the region to the left of lower back (possibly kidney). I was not there for narcotics, just to take that off the table! I was simply in excruciating pain and needed relief. Period. I was given one shot of antibiotics, plus script, and one shot "for pain," with no script. Why give someone one shot "for the pain" but no prescription? There ARE non-narcotic pain meds. There ARE non-narcotic muscle relaxers. I know it cannot be good to continue taking 2 full-strength aspirin, 2 Tylenol, 2 ibuprofen, and 2 Aleve three times each day for several days on end just to get some relief. Could they not have prescribed anything? At all? My dear sister asked them about that and they told her if my pain got worse to just "go to the ER." Yeah, right!

I was seen once in December for an ROTC physical, the Audiometer was broken so I could not conduct my hearing exam. I was then told to walk-in to get the audiogram complete.

Ultimately, I had to schedule another appointment, as the walk-in times were over two hours. So, I had an appointment in January for the audiogram. They had lost my paperwork from the initial exam and were scrambling to find it. (I did not see it before I had departed and I should have been more firm to get answers). The doctors aid said he had found it after my appointment, and I asked if I could review it for corrections. He said "we double check it for errors." I proceeded to say, "so you are telling me that I do not need to check it?" He said "yes" very rudely.

I have tried to call PrimeCare of Dothan and no one has answers for me. I simply need to know if the errors were fixed on my packet and resubmitted. The individuals that are receiving my physical have not received the completed set of documents that are correct.

I went in to get a second opinion for my symptoms which were coughing up flim , muscle pain from coughing so hard and I told them I had coughed so much that I had strained my throat and there was a little blood in it which happens . Now the other place I had visited said it was allergies and I only wanted a second opinion. The DR refused to even see me or talk to me .
What's the point of even accepting walk ins if you refuse to see them .

This place leaves alot to be desired in my opinion. I went for a DOT physical , had to wait 3 hours to be seen , blood pressure was sky high once I got to the Dr. I don't think they understand the importance of being prompt when these types of physicals have to be done. The receptionist never advised me I needed to sign in at 1 , I had been in the waiting room since 11 o'clock.. she knew I was there because I had asked her if I could stay thru lunch . . and being "new" shouldn't be an excuse for incompetence. The Dr could have waited a few more minutes to record my BP but decided not to. I ended up with a 3 month renewal instead of a year.. I was a little irritated to say the least at the lack of service.
