Denice is amazing!! We used her as our birth photographer and couldn’t be happier. She is so patient, kind, and delivered our photos really fast! We had a long labor and she was there from the beginning and stayed the entire day/ night, making sure she captured every moment, including some very special family pictures. Her photos are absolutely stunning and we would recommend her to all families looking for a birth photographer!

I highly recommend Denice for both postpartum doula care and birth photography. Two years ago, I used Denice to support my postpartum time period while running a small business and tending to my postpartum needs. She was always a step ahead with a meal and knowing what I needed help with around the house (i.e. walking dogs, light cleaning, playing with baby). I enjoyed our walks and supportive conversations most of all.
Fast forward to two weeks ago, Denice attended my best friend's birth for birth photography during her home birth. Denice arrived early into labor to document the special moments between wife and husband through contractions. Her labor endured into the late evening and Denice stayed to capture every big (and small moment) during this intimate time. Her photos have captured these intimate moments in such a beautiful way.

Denice is a wonderful photographer. She photographed a bunch of my artwork for an art show at the Monte Vista. Denice is so down to earth and personable she could make anyone feel comfortable with ease. She can capture the essence of any environment she is in. She is versatile in her craft and really knows how to feel out the vibe and go with the flow.

On top of all of that, she is an incredible thinker with a lot of compassion and willingness to understand people and experiences separate from her own.

Denice is magic!!! She teamed up with another doula for my homebirth. They arrived promptly in the middle of the night just when we needed them most. Denice was attentive, helpful and calming. She took the most beautiful photos of my labor and delivery. They stayed through the morning until well after my daughter was born, cleaned up, cooked breakfast, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in a bunch after the birth to see how we were adjusting. I am a first time mom, and having her knowledge and support was priceless. I can’t imagine what we would’ve done without her and I will always consider her a friend. She was such an important part of the biggest day in our family’s life. I would recommend her to anyone a thousand times over!

I loved my experience with Denice so much, it makes me want to have another baby, just to experience it all again. She was there for me whenever I needed advice or just someone to talk to. Her love for birth shines through her photos. We are so incredibly grateful to have had her at our birth and captured our most cherished photos. A simple thank you will never suffice. Denice is an amazing and very caring human being. She knows A LOT about the female body and about children as well as the birthing process. Her attention to detail is incredible. She has an amazing motherly feel of energy surrounding her which makes it extremely easy to feel comfortable and feel understood. Shes the perfect Doula to have and I would 100% very HIGHLY recommend her.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for all that Denise did for me and my son. She helped me as a first time mom without any family around. She was there for me emotionally and really helped me get through some tough postpartum blues. Denise gave me tips on breastfeeding and pumping. She brought me meals! This is just me! She was AMAZING with my son. He absolutely loved her and bonded with her immediately. Denise was the best thing that ever happened to me and my family.
