I give Dr. Nance 5 stars and then some. He’s very understanding. He listens, and he cares. He saw me in the hospital back in August 2024, and he treated me with the upmost respect. Took care of me like I was his family. I just love him. And his staff. FAMILY!!!!!

As a medical professional myself, I feel that the care that was received at my visit from Dr. McNeal was very unprofessional. I feel that my concerns were just pushed to the side with no disregard to the issues at hand. During our conversation, he was physically present in the room, but I feel as if he heard nothing that I was saying I was treated as I was just another number. There was no mention of monitoring my condition, following up in a few months just to see if there have been any changes, there was no care provided at all. I not only lost compensation from leaving work early, but wasted time and gas driving an hour and 45 minutes out of my way for an appointment that amounted to nothing that could have been handled in a phone call with that being said there are other physicians within this clinic that are amazing that have provided care to relatives of mine and they received exceptional care. In my honest opinion Dr. Bentley by far is an exceptional surgeon and truly cares about his patients. I regret not having my appointment with him. When you have a diagnosis of a lesion on your vertebral body, you would at least expect that the physician would want to follow up in 4 to 6 months just to see how there been any changes to it instead of just making an assumption out of thin air that it’s probably OK. Well probably ok doesn’t cut it with me given my family history of cancer, and even a personal history.

They really care and listen to what you have to say then together with you try and come up with a plan for your needs. Jennifer and Dr Mc McNeal are the Best I would never go anywhere else. I trust them I trust their judgements. Their staff is super friendly their nurse is super friendly also very sweet. They get all 5 stars.

Amazing staff. They made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything. They even walked with me to my car to make sure I didn't have any issues. Best service I have had in the medical field.

I have seen dr Bentley in the past he is great. But I met jennifer yesterday his assistant omg she is wonderful. Listens to what you say and is very through. All staff are very helpful from check in to the nurses
