Unprofessional and Poorly Managed

I had the worst experience at this clinic for my immigration medical exam. They completely messed up my appointment schedule and ignored my emails. The staff was largely unprofessional—while one person was decent, another was outright rude.

I had to pay upfront for services and needed to attend three appointments. They messed up two of them. One time, a doctor couldn’t make it, and I wasn’t informed until I called while almost at the clinic. Another time, they rescheduled my appointment last minute due to their mistake. I had a 10:30 am appointment, but wasn’t seen until 11:20 am.

On top of that, I waited almost an hour to see the doctor, but only got to speak with him briefly and felt really rushed during the consultation. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

My experience here has not been good. After multiple visits in a short time, Script was sent to wrong pharmacy. Referral sent out of network that I can't get him to correct and no exam of any kind. I just sat in a chair and argued with me about my concerns. . He ordered a routine colonoscopy at my 4th and final visit which I just did 28 months earlier and was fine and he got combative when I told him it's too soon. Honestly, it seemed like he doesn't know what he's doing. Every question and concern I mentioned, He seemed to just want more billable visits and after 4 visits in a short time, he provided absolutely no medical assistance of any kind. But still wanted another 3 month "follow up".

For the medical secretaries: Would recommend to send appointment calendar via email and to do pre-appointment calls to confirm scheduled appointment.

For the MD: Dr. Mohammad Yusafzai is a non-intimidating health care professional and well organized to his tasks.

For the clinic: Not a busy clinic. Waiting period is fair enough.

If you are looking for a Doctor who really cares and listens, this is the place to go. Doctors Sultan and Mohammad Yusufzai are two of the best! They have guided me through Breast Cancer, TIA, and general annual wellness care. Seriously folks, we are so blessed to have these two Doctors for our care. Dr Sultan is my main go to, who I trust 100%. I actually look forward to my visits.
