I don't understand why, as a Medicaid recipient, we can make appointments online just to get to the appointment and be told this office doesn't accept Medicaid as primary insurance. It's a waste of the doctor's time as well as ours.

The wait time was calm and short; reception was helpful. The nurse was extremely nice, blood work was done in patient room. I had plenty of privacy. The doctor listened thoroughly and gave me positive, sound advice. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

When me and my husband first started going here, I was really impressed. The level of care that the staff showed was amazing. Now not so much. My husband has been trying to get his blood pressure meds refilled. He called the office to get his refill and they said no the pharmacy has to submit the request. It’s never been like that before but that is easy enough. So he called the pharmacy and they sent the request over. We kept calling the pharmacy because that’s what the doctor office said to do and the pharmacy said they sent it. Now my husband has been without his blood pressure medicine for a week and the pharmacy is saying sorry your doctor hasn’t filled it. Called the doctor office again today to see what’s the hold up. Lady on the phone said the request was never sent and then was like oh wait it was sent the end of July. I understand mix ups happen but the least you could do is apologize. If you would have sent the request when we called the first time this wouldn’t have happened. I liked this place a lot when we first started going here. Now there are multiple issues we’ve had including appointment miscommunication and health concerns not taken seriously.

Dr. Emily Jones is a wonderful doctor. She is kind and very knowledgeable. She is also very thorough. I have found the staff to be very nice as well. I have been a patient for several years and never had a bad experience.

Worst experience I’ve ever had , The front desk representatives were so rude. Literally didn’t have the answers to anything I asked. Not only did they not have the answer they also pushed me to the side and call up another patient. Considering changing doctors just because of how rude they both were I can’t stand I don’t know type people. She was rude

Update. Came here today and STILL THE SAME SERIVES. TELLING THE WHOLE LOBBY THAT I OWED MONEY. AND TELLING THE lobby that my insurance is not eligible. Then I get discharged bc of miscommunication with the call center. Now in beyond upset.
