Dr. Craven is an amazing Cardiologist. He has saved my mother's life 3 times at the Flower's ER. And her follow ups and stress test at this office have been great. She has no insurance and the office was great with sitting her with payments. Everyone has been so nice to my mother and for that I am grateful.

I've seen a few of the Dermatologists and CRNPs in the Dermatology Specialty here and they are amazing!

I would recommend Dr. Craven and Affiliated Dermatology. I have not seen any of the other Specialties personally.

Staff was always nice.

Love the urology doctor! DO NOT love his staff whatsoever. The group of women talking care of answering the phone and appointments need some real lessons in customer service, and keeping up with their patients. I think I’ve talked to these people 10 times over the phone in 2 weeks and still have nothing resolved! Can’t get an appointment for my dad who has a kidney stone to save my life, they’ve obviously never had one. Have waited over 2 weeks for the surgery since going to initial appointment and still can’t get an answer on when they will do it, TWO WEEKS! Always say they’re going to call you back, they don’t. They literally do not care about the patients at all, hardest people I’ve ever had to deal with in a doctors office.

They scheduled my appointment then sent me a postcard. When I called due to a conflict, the next appointment was over 60 days. They must feel their time is more important.

I just saw Dr. Sexton for a sleep study consultation, and he was fantastic. Great listener, friendly, yet professional. Got my at home sleep study that day, returned it the next. My Husband who had his sleep study through another Doctor in Enterprise (near the Medical Center) said he wished he had seen Dr. Sexton first. He was so shocked by how quickly things moved along, and how friendly everyone was. We were both amazed at what a great experience this was compared to his.

I went here to see DR. Gayle in cardiology.
I only went to see him every 3-4 years or as needed. Been going there since I was 18 now i’m 46. I call for a appointment for a stress test because of my Micro-valve prolapse. They told me none of the Doctors would see me. Because I missed appointment with a nurse practitioner in 9/2018 but then was seen by Dr. Gayle in 10/2018. But since i missed that (9/2018)appointment that I knew nothing about, only once. They refused to see me now.. My Bill has always been paid and I have Blue Cross Blue Shield ( PPO) Insurance. I would not refer anyone to see these doctors.....

Mixed feelings. Liked the Doctor and staff, no complaint with treatment, but confusion over a scheduling conflict resulted in them accepting no responsibility and insisting I pay a no-show fee. Business before patients is how I felt. Hate that I now have to find another Dermatologist.

I don't think I would deliberately go to this place if it was the last medical facility on Earth. I came from the ER and my ER doctor highly recommended this place I have called and called and called and they have not called me back. the girl told me today she'd call me before the end of the day and guess what it's closed again. Unbelievable! I wonder if the doctors know that their practice is handled this poorly. The worst!
