I’ve only been here once but my visit has been lovely. I got horrible food poisoning from on campus food and could not keep anything down. Everyone from Check in to nurses to the doctor was kind, caring, lovely, professional, and everything in between. It did take about 2+ hours for me to be on my way meaning a lot of waiting. But because of the wonderful treatment I received from everyone waiting was no problem for me.

I have the best doctor on campus hands down. I've had both good and bad experiences with different doctors in campus, but overall it has been really good ❤️. The nurses and staff, AND pharmacy staff are all phenomenal.

My daughter went to the health center with white spots all over her throat and swelling. She also had headaches and fatigue. The clinician did not properly diagnose or swab her throat correctly. She was very ill and I had to get her a few days later and take her to Dignity health.....where low and behold she indeed had penicillin resistant strep She was started on clindamycin and prednisone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I m a RN and see that this was a basic level assessment for classic signs. She was sent to the dorm with cough drops!!!!!!

They do not know what they are talking about. I went in twice and they misdiagnosed my problem; I had to go elsewhere to solve my problem. Also, the second time I went in they claimed I used services I did not use and they charged me for them. I called to get the charges removed, but they didn't believe me. Just go off campus

Does not inform you of any charges for tests they run. Be more transparent. Billing staff is rude.

Made me do a ton of paperwork and a phone meeting just to tell me that they couldn’t help me because I had kaiser five days later. This was for seeing a councilor.
