Staff were really great helping me navigate through the unfamiliar experience of needing equipment to help a newly disabled family member. They're informed and prepared for all of it! Before I went in person, they were also great ordering an electric wheelchair over the phone. Delivery was prompt and easy, with a really nice and knowedgeable delivery person. Upon my mom's release from the hospital, I was given less than 24 hours notice to find her a hospital bed. I called Harmony Home Medical because of their stellar reviews and quickly realized how they earned a 5-star rating. I spoke with Erica who was extremely helpful answering all of my questions. Their customer service is outstanding and my mom's bed was delivered the following morning. Wow! This has been.a really stressful time and Harmony Home Medical made things so easy. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond Fantastic SERVICE !!! Purchased Wheel Chair and special needs items for wife's foot recovery. Everything done right the FIRST TIME. We also received "same day service," on Harmony Home Medical Supply raised toilet installation. Their outstanding service continues when GM Erica suggest the name of an In Home Phys. Ther. Team to help with the wife's recovery. We are HAPPY CLIENTS !!!!
