I went to the store and the employee was helpful and fit me for a mask. I purchased the mask and sadly it’s extremely painful, I contacted the store to see if I could exchange it and they said all sales are final. Nothing in the store states that all sales are final. There is nothing posted anywhere. When I asked about that over the phone the employee said it’s on the receipt, I said the only way I would have seen that notice is to have already purchase the item. I was so happy to have found this store but I was sadly mistaken. It takes zero effort to let a customer know before hand that they can’t exchange a product if there is an issue with it. I just wanted to get a different mask that wouldn’t hurt my face. Now I’m out $170.00 and still don’t have a working mask. Also there is nothing on the receipt that says all sales are final.

Roman at the store was incredibly helpful and I finally got a mask that fits my face! He told me more than my doctor or the other provider that I previously went to. And the prices are better here than other online suppliers.i highly recommend this business.

Forgot my mask on my trip to vegas, so after a trip to wal-mart, Walgreens and 2 CVS pharmacies I googeled cpap supplies and I am glad I did! They were very knowledgable about the product, super helpful and did try to up sell me on anything. I highly recommend this store

Great service. He was very helpful and informative about the cpap and the mask for them. My client just got it from her doctor. It's uncomfortable for her on the bridge of her nose. He let her try different ones and found a fit. For her.

Roman ALWAYS has the best info, he’s patient and r his recommendations are personal and sincere. Customer service can’t even be rated because in my mind, he treats me like family; like someone he personally cares about. Need more people like him in this world! But back to the review, store is always clean, well stocked and it’s always a nice time coming to see Roman for my CPAP needs. Thank you CPAP Store AND Roman for everything
