I've personally worked with Cassie over the past few years. Cassie was immensely helpful. I wish I could have daily sessions with her! She was professional and very accommodating of my schedule. Her instruction was clear and she gave me personal tweaks that helped me engage my body in a way I never had before. The exercises and breathing techniques not only physically helped me but also allowed me to mentally participate in a relaxed and accessible way.
