Just terrible, they are going to get a malpractice lawsuit against them. The Dr. Didnt run a test properly and I have photos of the test results. Then they threw away the urine before sending it out for culture. I had to ask for antibiotics and they were against it. They told me to go home she's fine. I left and went to the er and was told she had a massive uti infection. Now they are sending me bills for services they never rendered. This is an ethical violation of negligence on their part. I will never go here again. Sloppy care, won't return calls, lies to my face and says we'll he saw you in the room so therefore he did his job. No dr. elbassir, I did your job. I TOOK CARE OF THE PATIENT. If I took her home she would of ended up in the hospital with severe kidney issues. So I filed a complaint with the state medical board. Lets see what you tell them when they ask if you threw away her urine and never followed thru on the test. ?

I went in in pain for a growth on my tongue. Doctor didn’t know what it was. Told me she put in a prescription for pain meds and a referral to see specialist . She did neither . A total waste of my time!!!!

I’ve never been turned away from an urgent care… until today that is.

It’s Saturday after 6pm and this was the only urgent care open near me. Even before asking the issue they ask for ID and insurance card. Fine. She looks at the insurance card and tells me they don’t take LA Care. Fine, but not on their website. I’ll pay out of pocket. That’s not an option! Wild.

The person at the desk gives me a list of other urgent care facilities in Burbank - making sure to highlight the names and then tells me to call THEM and ask about what insurance they take. Shameful.

I've always been impressed with this Urgent Care location. Not only are the staff courteous, patient and thoughtful, the facility is clean, safe, well equipped and my wait time is always short. They are prompt with followups and very thorough and accommodating. They give an impression that they like what they're doing, and they like people in general.

No, I don't know anybody who works there, I don't work there, and I wasn't paid for this review. I took the time to leave this review because I was actually surprised at the positive experience that I had multiple times here.

I arrived 1 minute after they opened at 11am. I checked in and filled out a form and provided insurance, with only two people ahead of me. After an hour, they finally sent me another form via email. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. At a previous visit for what I believed to be a broken rib I indicated a painful lump on my chest and was told it was muscle pain. After it continued to hurt for two weeks I went to see my primary doctor who pulled the xray report which indicating the area on my chest was a deformity consistent with a fracture. I don't even know how to process that. I have very little trust in the care being provided here, but it's 1/10th the cost of an ER visit.

My rating is based on the doctor. I’ve never had a doctor that didn’t ask me any questions. He didn’t inquire about what was happening, didn’t physically exam me — just blindly prescribed me antibiotics. I also had to asked to be tested. I think doctors should be held to a much higher standard. It’s a shame this is our system.

Brought my kid in for a sprained ankle and PA Kim was incredibly rude when I asked questions regarding healing and following up he responded in a condescending manner.
