They got my information mixed up with someone else's and won't contact me back. I went here based off a referral from the metro location. I'd go to metro, never schedule at this location. I am going back and talking to my regular doctor to please never refer me to this location again. Is no less than a 2 1/2 hour wait time and they will get your information mixed up with another patient's quick fast in a hurry and not call you back no matter how many times you call and leave messages I'm talking about I've done this for 3 weeks.

The staff is always rude.. I went a MONTH without my medicine just because they wanted me just I guess never come back... Everytime I called no answer when they do they are extremely rude & disrespectfu!! But not one of them are that rude and disrespectful to my face but over the phone they sure do have some balls....I have been going there for YEARS every Friday but here recently they have said they only take walk ins blah blah which idc I was already looking for a new doctor but now that I'm done with them I will just post this and leave it here... They're extremely rude and like I said I went A MONTH WITHOUT MY THYROID medicine for absolutely no reason with me not having no thyroid!!! It's absolutely crazy they can do that because why No reason... I extremely dislike this doctor's office and can't believe I've put up with it this long... If I was you I would go anywhere else besides here . I'm sure I have more to say but I just don't have time for it right now...

I had my first and last appointment here. I made an appointment at least 1 week out and they call the day before to tell me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled but can’t be rescheduled until 4 weeks out. I moved days around from my personal and work schedule for my original appointment, so to call the day before is absolutely absurd! Ms. Michelle Alpine gave me a great first impression; however, the way the facility is ran is horrible.

Really bad experience nurse was rude and dr also rude when i ask her a question she turn her back on me and continue talking to the patient even after telling her the patient was new to the country and didn’t understand im the only family member she has i need to ask questions but dr decided that pt needs to learn how to comunicate with her i wonder how if she don’t even know the city she lives in im still teaching her not going back there to see that dr what a waste of money i did taking this lady there.

The staff are always friendly, and they are willing to treat patients on a sliding fee scale. Every time I have come here, Dr. Walker has solved my problem without issue.

Terrible service!!!!!! When it comes to calling them to make an appointment, they never answer the phone!!!!! I have 2 days calling & they don't pick up!!!!!! Now when you're actually in there for whatever reason, the doctors take FOREVER to come & see you!!! I took my kids & waited more than 2 hours!! My baby had already seen the nurse but once they put us in a room to wait for the doctor we were in there from 1:30 to 3:30 & from what I could see there were only 2 patients in (us & 1 other family. But 2 hours!!! The only reason why we kept waiting was because we kept thinking maybe she's almost coming..
& the clinic isn't too clean!!! Ugh enough said. Changing clinics!!!!!

I went to this location for a checkup on 2/15/2017. Prior to doing a checkup I ask the front desk assistant that if they accept a United Health Care Insurance and they said yes they accept. I confirmed with them twice and when they confirmed that they accept it I went and did a check up. After the check up I was charged my copay and I left the facility. But, after about a month when I checked my UCH account online it showed that I owe Alabama Regional certain amount. When I called them and ask them how do I owe them, they said my insurance is out of network and its not covered and I am responsible for it. This seemed very inconvenient for me. I pay lot of money to insurance and when we do a checkup once in a blue moon, this is the situation I face. If only the front desk assistant had told me we don't accept UHC I would have gone to some other place. Why say we accept it and later bill the amount to patient. Furthermore, when I called them a rep said that someone will call me to discuss the situation and never called me. Additionally, the phone no in their website is wrong as well.
I am never going to Alabama Regional again and also suggest other patient to be very careful before going for a checkup and make sure your insurance will cover for your checkup.

I have been calling for an entire week to set up an appointment with an OBGYN. Instead I’m continuously being transferred to Dr. Clayton’s VOICEMAIL day after day. I was told they won’t take walk-ins so there goes that.
