I love Dr. Hardoon, she is very knowledgable about any of my concerns. If I have a problem, I just message her on My Chart and she or someone on her staff respond almost immediately. She even called me personally once, after I had left her office a message. Unfortunately it is very rare these days to find a Doctor and staff that actually care about their patients and Dr. Hardoon and her staff do.

I would be lost without Dr Hardoon. She’s very knowledgeable, courteous and listens to my issues. Navigating healthcare in Murrica is hard enough when you have issues that are bogging you down but having a doctor that will guide you through it all is a blessing. I know most people like older doctors because it translates to being more experienced but I believe I struck gold with Dr Hardoon. She looks quite young but I have total confidence in her and recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a primary doctor.

I remember seeing Dr. Hardoon in the past and she seemed wonderful. Unfortunately, Lupe at the front desk has made sure I do not return this time around. Not only did she not verify my insurance before scheduling my appointment, but she also called 20 minutes before to talk to me and when I missed the call since I was driving to my appointment, I was met with such unprofessional rudeness. She sighed often showing how annoyed she was to be dealing with a portion of what her job is. She was not nice at all and showed she did not want to be there. None of this was my fault but I was made to feel like it was. I was called after I left a voicemail trying to solve the problem and I have yet to receive a response. It is clear that the unprofessional front desk staff call the shots there and I will not be returning.
