Unfortunately this office is a case of poor communication & multiple people dropping the call repeatedly. I’ve been trying desperately for 4 weeks to get a prior authorization on an important medication. They continue not listening to me & giving me the run around. The doctor is absolutely incredible but he’s not being informed of what’s needed unfortunately. I really like this office but I’m just trying to get help & they drop the ball hard on things like this! I shouldn’t have to suffer as a patient for this long when the simple fix is sending in the paperwork to the correct place! I’m extremely frustrated & wanting to give up at this point!

This facility is an absolute joke. They have the worst service I've ever experienced in the medical profession. You can't ever get a hold of anyone because they purposely made it confusing and inconvenient. If you leave messages nobody ever gets back and even when you do finally get an employee they never do anything. They'll just say they'll work on it and nothing ever gets done. I highly recommend you call your insurance provider and file a complaint with them. If you have issues with pain management they won't take it serious and don't care about filling prescriptions on time and making sure that the patient is satisfied. Again do NOT go here and if you do just reach out to your insurance provider and file a complaint and then call the state of California Department of insurance consumer hotline to file complaints because theses all add up and they will lose their contracts with companies like IEHP with many complaints.

After hour answering service person is very rude and should be reprimanded for being inconsiderate and hanging up. My prescription was not sent to pharmacy and my appointment was 2 weeks prior to my refill pickup date. On another occasion my prescription was sent to the pharmacy for the incorrect dose. This is supposed to be pain management, with all the hoops one has to jump through to get a prescription the professionals should be making sure their medical assistants are doing their job correctly.

Terrible service. They have dropped the ball on my appointments multiple times. They never answer the phone. Completely unprofessional medical practice. I had injections done at one of their clinics and they gave me zero outpatient paperwork. No follow up. Absolutely trash. Do not go here if you value your health.

Been trying to get an appt for over a month but they never pick up the phone or return messages. Finally I was able to speak to someone and they said since my consultation was over a month ago, I had to do another consultation before another treatment. Total waste of time. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I've been coming to this doctor for I think 11 years and they are always amazing and have my back. I've had injections in my neck every three months for years then we started doing Rfa's and those work for me too. I don't know what I'd do without them and I'm so happy that they are starting the classes back up. Having chiro and behavioral health helps alot, I can't wait for massage that's starting soon and hope and pray they bring back yoga.

STILL NO RETURN CALL FROM CORPORATE OFFICE OR OWNER! LEFT MESSAGES AND EMAILS REGARDING THIS ISSUE..I have been attending savas health for almost 6 years, no problems. Then "Dr" Paul Mitchell comes along.. after 9 months of detoxing by myself, no doctor to care or help. Having withdrawal seizures and MONTHS of hard work and absolute discomfort. So I could try something different than this medication that has caused me teeth loss and other problems I am uncomfortable stating. Dr. Chirriano actually cared. She was willing to try to help. Never had one issue with anyone in that facility. Then Paul Mitchell comes in, with absolutely no care for my situation. And stops everything Dr Chirriano and I have accomplished. First note.. I am not an addict, I do not drink alcohol, nor am I one to be in large amounts of pain and ask for something. I live in pain and just want a lil comfort if it's there. I don't know what I am or was looking for to help. That's what I would assume Dr's are for. After about a year of really hard work. And Dr Chirriano trialing a couple medications and still having complications from the medication i had been taking for a decade, but there was progress. Paul Mitchell comes in, "I'm not comfortable giving you anything but what you have been taking!" Okay. Why? if I may ask. "There were some things found in your drug screen" Okay.. what did you find? (I have "never dropped a dirty UA ever in my life!) "Listen Jacob! I'm not going to prescribe you anything but what your taking, if you don't like it, you can find another Dr, I'm completely fine with that". A lil bit after, I was curious of his education on the medication I have been taking for pain. Which is primarily for heroine and crystal meth addicts. I have never seen either one in front of me. And never have I had the desire to try! I have never been prescribed an opioid and or abused a medication..and again never dropped a dirty test, period. Telling "Dr" Paul Mitchell about my dental problems and am positive the sublingual medication I put in my mouth is causing major tooth loss! The FDA states the medication in 45% causes teeth decay and loss. "Dr" Paul Mitchell says "your supposed to put the medication on the inside of your cheek not under your tongue" Either way it's in my mouth. "Listen Jacob" he says. Never once acquiring my pains.. "I have never heard of this medication causing dental issues. And am positive that is not what is causing your dental issues" ok? Then I asked him, what do you think is causing me these problems? "That would an A.uto I.mmune D.isorder, or AIDS" Hwhat!! He also made several comments about living a certain lifestyle, like homosexuality. Or that's how it sounded to me.. this was my second visit with "Dr" Paul Mitchell. I left that visit pretty upset. Calling the office later that day, explaining how upset I was over that visit.. NO ONE CARED.. oh to answer why didn't I just stop going there.. well this is the closest office to me. The drive to this office takes about 45 minutes on freeway. Otherwise it would be well over an hour drive..the drive there is very dangerous and don't have the best of transportation at the moment. The winding roads up and down a mountain are stated as the most dangerous lengths of travel. Aside that, I don't want to be the one going Dr. Shopping "why are you here?" Because the Dr won't give me what I want.. Well that's not me.. because I don't know what I want or need.. but I'm sure that's how it would look..asking them several times after these instances will Paul Mitchell. If I can do a phone or video appt. This is just a refill. Pouring the rain.. Sorry Jacob we can't help you.. so the third appointment with Paul Mitchell. Explaining to him about my anxiety disorder.. and ver anxious and bothered about seeing this "Dr" again. Who has repeatedly gave no care to my everyday struggles. As I tried to explain my discomforts. He, everytime, cut me off..going through anatomy explanations, basically saying "that wouldn't cause pain" constantly criticizing, or doubting what I said.
