I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr. Darlene Rae, MD and really liked her. Dr. Rae spent a lot of time on the call and was very thorough and helpful. The Optum Health is not very good, and most doctors are leaving due to how it is managed. Unfortunately, she left the Optum Beaver Health practice and don't know where she went. She deserves 5-Stars, but not Optum health

First I want to give praise and recognition to Dr.Garrido. Myself and my daughter went in there separately and received the same level of top notch care from her. She listens and has actual empathy for people that she doesn't know, which is beyond rare. The last several weeks I've spent countless hours among doctors, nurses, and staff and loma linda hospital, Redlands hospital, and optum. I had a really bad taste in my mouth. I came to urgent care today for a separate issue and she gave me hope for the people practicing medicine. I do wish optum had a platform where patients/customers could provide feedback by doctor not as an umbrella Optum. Dr.Garrido you are right where you were meant to be!!

Beaver Medical Group has to be the poorest excuse for a health care system I've ever seen. It is so bad that even Medicare is allowing me to leave in the middle of the annual enrollment. I joined the insurance to take me to Beaver Medical Group in January. They have a protocol to make appointments for the primary doctor to say "howdy" to the patient. The patient receives no assistance at that time. I've been complaining about my torn meniscus since February, had to go to urgent care, file a complaint because the orthopedic doctor refused to schedule an MRI. After the MRI, he refused to call me with the results. The complaints and atrocities are endless. Stay as far away from them as possible. Although some have great success, it is very spotty. My clue should have been when they told me I wasn't even enrolled into their program in January.

The Dr.s & nurses are friendly and the place is very clean and nice colors that are soothing. Its kind of like an emergency room but more private rooms. Sometimes the wait can be long but that's to be expected. I had to have IV antibiotics because of blood poisening from a spider bite - it cost me $10/visit instead of $65 for emergency room! Also and very important - you can see a medical doctor if you ask, instead of a nurse practitioner if you feel you need to - not all urgent care's give you that option.

Had the worst experience here today. Dr Bennett was so rude and careless. He often made comments about how it was Mine and my Husband's fault for our daughter's rash due her not being out of diapers. He didn't even bother touching her, instead he "diagnosed" her from standing 2 feet away!!! As he walked out of the room he said in not so friendly voice "good luck with that"... He will never be the dr we see if we ever have to go to urgent care again. As he looked like it was a BOTHER to him when he walked into our room. He needs to reevaluate his job choice so he's not so bothered by having to see 2 year old patients.

By far the best urgent care facility. I was in tremendous amount of pain due to an auto collision and the staff at Beaver took great care of me. The nurses and administration was top notch. And the doctor took time to talk about my situation. I want to thank Beaver for the care that was given. If i can give more stars i would!

Even with a semi crowded waiting room, everyone from the reception, techs, & Dr. Phillips were extremely kind, and professional. Thank you Sarah for being super fast on the blood withdrawing!! So comforting knowing that such a high quality of health care is in my neighborhood and a staff dedicated to great care and service to their community.

Im posting this for my Dad. He took my mom to. Urgent Care in Banning about 3 weeks ago and said he received excellent care all the way from front office to back office. But he was most impressed with Dr. Keidel. He said he was so thorough and extremely personable. He really enjoyed talking with him and it was a very pleasant visit. Great job Banning Urgent Care and Dr. Keidel, thank you.
