The front desk staff are amazing! Lupita and Elvira were great checking us in and answering all of our questions. Super friendly and courteous something I always look for when seeing any doctor. Dr. Alicia Rios listens to you and really cares about her patients. She made my mom feel better after seeing different doctors. That is why I had my daughter and husband start seeing her too.

This is one of the best experiences I have at a health providers office. Not only am I extremely happy with my doctor, she has an exceptional staff. When I first came here I met Mohamad and he has been wonderful in helping me with many issues from pharmacy scripts to appointments. This is a well run office

It's been over a week and doctor agarwal has not returned my work forms yet for work ...the supervisor say she hasn't had time yet she has a stack full of patients forms she still hasn't gotten done yet. Why have 2 offices then if u can't keep up lol I call everyday they just tell me she still hasn't filled the out . She very lazy save the hassle and run do not get this doctor she's bad and reading the coment below lets me see she doesn't care about her patients. So much back and forth for her to.tell me since I wasn't taking off work by her or her office she can't sign this so unprofessional. That urgent care treated me i need to go there urgent care . she also said also to sign the forms it's more money I told her what your crazy not even have I heard that u have to pay more than a co pay to sign a loa return to work form . couldn't they just say this since the beginning waist of my gas and money loss Co pays they messed up there male trainer was the one schedule ke the appointment in first place that I wanted to get seen for back to work paper instead of him assigning me to a patrician he should a assigned me to the doctor ! This is the worst doctor I ever expirience

Terrible. I'm paying 138 a month, insurance doesn't cover covid testing, Im coughing really bad, congested and am in pain. They said I have to get tested before they can prescribe something, So I go out and have to buy a covid test, results were negative, I must have the flu/fever. Called back trying to get some better meds.Was told they left messages to the dr to send a referal/prescription to the pharmacy, i understand the DR must be busy but we are on Day 3 of calling trying to get some medicine. Literally health insurance is such a scam and waste, whats the point. i paid copay over the phone and got ZERO SERVICE for 3 days.

Get your facts correct. I was told i would recieve a call back for the initial missed call. This office will really make you feel like crap, when your already feeling like crap. Zero help. ive been a patient here for a little over 2 years. worst experience ever. still waiting for someone to call me. still waiting to get medicine for my sickness. paid money zero service.

Great office they helped me the day of when I needed something that was easily doable without making a separate appointment again and or instead of going to urgent care for a specific medication that I really needed urgently but didn't require extra steps they were very helpful!! It all depends on the specifics of the situation as well and this was done to my satisfaction as all doctors offices should do for basic minimal health services!

My Son is sick and they completely ignored his health and concerns after he had reached out to them numerous times and had given them money. Unprofessional, no standards, zero ethics or empathy for their patients.

Mohamad is amazing, always so helpful with referrals , kind, happy, ready to assist on any subject, the front end is amazing, so flexible with appointments , and patient understanding when we’re under the weather.
Dr. Argawal is the most easy going, kind , truth-full Dr. I have ever had!!!
Very understanding, and knowledgeable on all topics…..or she will refer you!!
0ne stop medical care at dimples office!!!

I think that Dr. Agarwal is a good dr. Her staff, especially, Mohammed, is very personal and works hard to ensure that the patients are well taken care of and if anything is needed, Mohammed, madness sure it is done. Thank you
