I recently visited this location and wanted to share my positive experience. I was in severe pain when I arrived, but the employee at the front desk, Mary, was incredibly helpful and kind. she assisted me with the paperwork and ensured I was promptly taken to see the provider, which made a huge difference in my comfort and care. The faculty is so clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend your clinic to others.

I’ve been to this Exer Urgent Care several times and they’ve always been good.

This time I was seen by a nurse practitioner who mad no attempt to relate me and was quite cold.

Most importantly she didn’t listen to me and do what she said she’d do.

I have a UTI and wanted to prescribe an antibiotic. I told her I don’t react well to some and that I do well on a Z Pack. She agreed to prescribe that and instead ordered cipro which is well known to cause more side effects. She also ordered a 6 day course when 3 is commonly used now.

I am very much grateful and satisfied with the service that I received in this exer urgent care. I had ear infection and I went two times in one day (Sunday) to that center for my two ears. Ms. Mary, Ms. Tiffany and Dr. Long, helped a lot. I have been they’re for almost 1 hour in morning and another 1 hour in the evening. Doctor constantly checked my ears and Ms. Tiffany took care of the medications that I need. I got appropriate medications and even doctor in the evening gave me another medication. I do not know how to express my appreciation feeling to them. So I decided to write this review. Thanks a lot to all of you that work well from the bottom of your hearth to help your patients.

Tiffany was very compassionate and skilled. She made my painful experience so much better and went above and beyond. The doctor, Dr Khanlou, is great as well. He is thorough in his assessments and I can tell he really cares about his patients. I definitely will be coming here if I ever need urgent care again.

This is my go to urgent care. The wait is never too long. Dr. Long takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains options for care. If you have tests done they call right away with results.

Last time I went in the girls at the front were super rude and acted like I ruined their night for coming in; I let it go because I did walk in close to closing time but they clearly didnt want to be working. Tonight I walked in at 6:55 pm, 12/20...they close at 8 pm. They said they couldnt take me becuase of the holiday ( christmas, which is in 5 days) and they're done taking patients for the day. Meanwhile the exer down the street in west hills was definitely still taking patients. They need to get their priorities straight here or pick a different career.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The word “urgent” should be removed from their name because of the cumbersome online sign-in policy. Each time, you have to answer a lengthy series of questions, including details like your guarantor's name and address, even if you're an existing patient. This is especially frustrating when you're in pain, and if you make a mistake, you have to start over. Someone could be in dire need before the urgent care doctor can see them.

It’s also unclear why the front desk staff, who are rude and unhelpful, are being paid. If a sick person struggles with this complicated sign-in—such as the elderly with poor vision or those experiencing trauma—they won’t be accepted.

I took my son in because he wasn't feeling well and Mary went above and beyond to help us out! She was great and really made sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service!
