Excellent service. Pharmacist is extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and a all around great person. Been a customer for around 4 years and never had any problems with prescription mistakes. Pharmacist works extremely hard but never complains. He always answers my questions and is very honest about drug costs and lets me know if there are other less expensive or generic options my insurance covers. so I don’t have to pay the outrageous full price of non-generic medications. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful privately owned and operated pharmacy Annex pharmacy is. The pharmacist is truly a good, kind, extremely intelligent human being. I have a great deal of respect and admiration for him. 😇

Best Pharmacy in the San Fernando Valley. No long lines and excellent customer service. The best secret in town in this Pharmacy and I'm grateful that I was referred here.

He is a very concern person, his care towards people is amazing and he channels it towards the people who works for him and to everyone who walks in. I hope there's more establishment like this.

Annex Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been to in LA. The pharmacist is very lovely, with excellent manners and customer service.
He is not only educated but very professional.
I strongly recommend this pharmacy, where your prescriptions are dispensed in less than 7 minutes.

By far the BEST pharmacy I have ever been too... The pharmacist is friendly and personable. Going to a small pharmacy, they know who you are and you are not just another number to them. They take their time and explain to you about your medication, unlike the big name pharmacy who make you wait 3 hours just to fill an RX. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area. They also except most Insurances.
