Every question answered, every obstacle (sometimes you know insurance companies are not be the most helpful) overcome!!!!

They have telemed docs if needed to help you also get from poor or bad sleep issues to medical equipment shipped to you to get you on the road to great sleep and better health!!!

From start to finish they hand hold if needed, and get you through the process. I highly recommend them.

This business is horrible when it comes to customer service and equipment! First, Carmelita, has a chip on her shoulder and comes across as if she is better than you. Second, the manager, Will, is incompetent when it comes to management. Both employees should be fired because as of right now, this business has a 2 star rating. Lastly, when my order arrived, the components to my CPAP machine were opened, which compromises hygiene and sanitization practice. For example, the air tubing arrived stained/dirty. Overall, I do not recommend this business and I will report them to the Health Regulatory Agency. Thank you for letting me share!

This company is a flat out joke. If i could select a negative star option i would. No communication until you end up amassing a bill that they refuse to properly explain. Every time you challenge something from them it becomes a struggle. It was like pulling teeth for me to get an actual invoice detailing charges that they were, for the second time, threatening me with collections with. When i did i was told that i misunderstood, however when i did the very simple math to confirm the balance i was told that i was wrong. The one person that i worked with the most was ok until i, for like the third time, questioned their statement like anyone that actually cares about their money would. I was in a professional sense called stupid. My doctor set me up with this joke of a company. I never asked for their help but all i have gotten was a mediocre machine and a few masks that never worked for me. If you can choose a cpap company, avoid this company like the plague.

This is just completely horrible, the way I got treated from this company! I think her name was Laura or Lauren, she was rude and told me my 2 medical insurance’s probably won’t work! we’re going on 6 weeks, I still don’t have my equipment, is this how they treat all their patients?

I met These guys over the past handful of years by chance at both my primary care physician and neurologist/sleep specialist. They made some great suggestion to improve the effectiveness of the CPAP mask I was using and offered other suggestions and tips to greatly increase my comfort. Amazing and really good "free advice."

They were impressively friendly and engaging.
When I left a message with the reception desk they recognized my name and personally and cheerfully contacted me. They expedited my wife's case with Medicare and even set up a device to use while the supply chain, and other snags were relieved.
In my way-too-many years of dealing with service and equipment providers I can say with complete sincerity that they performed within the top two providers. The number one has since retired so now you can put them down now as my new best friends. It was well worth the drive to Calabasas.

Horrible company. Difficult to work with. Sent faulty equipment with dead batteries. No band to attach to chest. I didn’t know how to use. Did not send back on time and they threatened to send me to collections. Never received test result because of this. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Tell your doctors to choose someone else. Absolute scam company.

Until my last call w/customer service, I would have provided them with 5 stars, but this last calling was horrible. The CSR (Customer Service Rep) didn't listen and didn't talk with me but down to me. Also, I wish they were in my network so I'm looking elsewhere.

Get your doctor to give you a referral to someone else. Their billing processes and customer service are both absolutely terrible.
