We rented a hospital bed from them that broke in the upright position. We called their main number and their after-hours support number that was unable to help and advised us to wait a few days for a technician. We do not recommend renting medical equipment from this company because they do not provide emergency repair for their broken equipment.

The worst customer service! My cpap machine needed to be adjusted by a respiratory therapist. He was scheduled to come at 10am and he didn’t . I called him before I had to leave for work and he kept saying he was 5 minutes away . I called and complained and they apologized and told me another therapist would be calling. About a week later I was called by another therapist who said she would call back with her availability and of course she never called back. It’s now 2 months and my medical device still has not been adjusted. Would never use this company again.

Medlife has my sincerest thanks!! Dealing with Nico and Georgia was a pleasure, they helped my mother-in-law get situated with a walker. Their customer service was great and delivery & set up by Alfredo was great too. Highly recommend!
