Wow! The doc was amazing. My son had an allergic reaction (non-life threatening) to who knows what and we were back in a room seeing the doctor in minutes. The doctor was kind and made my son feel very comfortable. From a Birmingham, Alabama mom- Calabasas- you are lucky to have this type of care.

I have seen a fair amount of doctors in my life despite my young age, and I can honestly say I have never met one like this. I have never met a doctor that cares this much. I can’t say enough about this urgent care, the service, the Dr and Nurse. Dr P. Is AWESOME!! He’s super nice, very patient, very professional and has an excellent “bedside” manner. I have had to go a few times now and each time has been a perfect experience. I don’t feel like a cog on a conveyer belt like at other urgent cares. You’re always treated with care. The facility is VERY clean, there’s minimal waiting times. I can go on and on. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I cannot thank the doctor at this medical facility enough for the exceptional care he provided to my son. Our 5-year-old son had an accident at school and needed immediate medical attention. The doctor who treated us was absolutely fantastic! He was gentle and patient with our son and took extra care to make him feel at ease. I could tell he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks to his expertise, my son was able to get two stitches without any tears.

I went in thinking I had a hematoma measured at about 6cm across and it would be a quick and easy fix with some draining. It ended up being a little more complicated. I ended up having several blood clots some of them the size of marbles. Long story short they helped me out and took care of the problem. They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to get help either. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Plasencia’s office.

I can’t remember the last time I met a doctor who treated me the way Dr. Plasencia and nurse Mary did. They’re amazing, they care and take pride in their work. They take their time with you and never make you feel like they’re in a rush. You’re not sitting in the waiting room for 30+ minutes waiting to be seen and then rushed out. If you need a good doctor do yourself a favor and go to this location.

The best urgent care I’ve ever been to!!!! Staff is absolutely amazing! Nurse Mary and the doctor that was on duty did such a great job taking care of my 2yo son. From now on this is the only place where I’ll take my family members. I highly highly recommend it to everyone!!!
