My second time back was just as magical as my first time. Beautiful, serene and an amazing way to spend a week hiking and resetting. Staff are so kind and supportive, vegan meals were yummy and with daily yoga and massages, left feeling strong and centered.

Everything about The Ashram is magical. You will never find as much soulfulness and care in another wellness retreat. I am always up-leveled, in body and mind and soul, after a week at The Ashram. I find it to be an outstanding investment for my life, not just my health.

The Ashram has been around for 50 years, and the program (hiking, yoga, clean eating, sports massages) is supported by a warm, cozy community atmosphere led by Cat and her wonderful team. Whether you're seeking a health reset or just need time away from the grind, the Ashram is unparalleled in its approach. There are no fads here; it's not a boot camp. Every day you are woken gently for a stretch-centric yoga session in the beautiful yoga dome on the hill. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are light and delicious (and you can always ask for more if you'd like). The day centers around a guided hike - these are challenging, but the instructors can accommodate all levels and will help you every step of the way. Afternoons and evenings are filled with daily deep tissue massages, pool volleyball, and assorted fitness and other classes around various topics (sound healing, etc)

Unlike other programs and imitators, the Ashram is truly all-inclusive with no upsells, no tipping, no nonsense. The team who keeps the Ashram running (from the office to the trails to the kitchen and beyond) have been there for many years - a testament to the program's enduring leadership. It's a community, not a typical business, and you will feel the love. You just need to pack a light bag and arrive.

I can't say enough about our week at The Ashram! My son and I had a wonderful time! Peace and serenity coupled with vigorous hiking, pool time and yoga all complemented by daily massages. Good for not just the body, but the soul. Amazing farm to table food and caring staff to make each visit what you need. Once again we had a fabulous group for the week!

You guys are the best! At first, I wasn't sure I did the right thing by signing up for the HARDER Ashram experience (The Camino), but the whole Ashram team (including fellow guests) could not have been more supportive. I pushed myself and had a great experience. Not sure I'm ready for another 75-mile hike any time soon :), but I'm glad I did it. I feel stronger, lighter, and more motivated than ever to make my health a priority. Thanks, Ashram!

The best week in the 34 yrs that I have been going to the Ashram. The hikes were beautiful with wildflowers. The instructors went above and beyond as usual. The food was delicious and satisfying. The Ashram has always been my happy place and there’s nothing better than being greeted by Cat herself! Already booked for my next visit!

Second visit as great as my first. I am proud to be an alumni. Remarkable that our group included two people with more than 20 visits, 6 people with 3 or more, along with two of us on our second visit. The loyalty here is phenomenal and with good reason. The hikes are stunning, the yoga first class, the staff attentive, and professional, and the guests bright and engaging. I will be back yet again!
