I have been a customer here since 2017. Sometimes they are friendly, responsive and follow through; most of the time not. Simply getting a CPAP mask out of them is a multi-visit affair. They lose paperwork, they fail to communicate with my doctor, and I simply don’t get the equipment that I have had my doctor request. Fortunately, I’m healthy enough to get by without it, and I have income enough to simply bypass them and pay for my equipment on my iwn. What I wonder about are those people who are much sicker than me, and much less financially able than me. What happens to them? Do they just get more sick, do they pass away, from the no care, horrible business attitude of this really poor company?
Are they simply siphoning off government insurance, Medicare, insurance companies? Do they need exposure in the media, my next stop is the BBB. I really wish that I could give zero stars to this horrible business.

I wanted to leave a good updated review on Rikki Peoples. Every time I have CPAP concerns or questions, she has always been more than willing to help. She goes above and beyond and always helps with my CPAP needs.

I want to Thank Barry Hooper for coming to my rescue Saturday. He was very professional and very caring. He went out of his way to help. He explained everything very clearly. They are pricing their supplies ten times what you can get them for at places. These people are charging your insurance company way to much. Then you're double billed.
