You can wait for hours despite having an appointment. Would not recommend seeing Dr. Boris Vaisman as he has no compassion for women. Dr Sofia is great if you have hours to spare in the waiting room.

Since the day I called the stuff was extremely rude. They yell on the phone and use words such as “Listen to me..!” and just transfer your call to voice mail. Today I called over 6 times and they either leave you on the line or transfer to voicemail. After being unattended for 6 times I had to ask not to transfer me anymore but give me the extension to which the representative Russian lady yelled «There’s no extension I have to transfer you!!” I asked to not increase her voice at me please. She kept silence and said “Date of birth!” In a commanding way. So now she decided it’s time to help me. After asking my name and finding me in the system, she said “So what’s the problem?”. I was seeking antibiotics to which she said you need to come in. I asked when can you see me? There was no available appointment. So I said I’m a nurse and usually for certain reasons the doctor prescribe it since o was there recently. She got so furious and yelled «If we had to prescribe antibiotics over the phone to everyone that calls.. and she laughed “. She provided the most unprofessional customer service and was rude, angry at a person that seeking medical treatment. She should be fired for taking to costumers like this. Horrible service.

This has been the worst experience I'm my life - I'm in the middle of a possible miscarriage and my fist visit there was horrible... staff just isn't welcoming or nice and speak to you as if your nothing. You can tell they see their own people / family and could care less for others . I immediately changed my doctor . But I still had to wait on my stat referral to an OBGYN since I'm still bleeding .. I was refereed by this office to another office and I called them back explaining the first office cancelled on me 45min before my apt and the other office was just rude . I spoke with a lady named Natalie who is extremely rude and shouldn't be working in the medical field . I explained to her the situation and she started talking over me saying " well your gonna have to wait until someone's next available!" I said " are u serious right now I'm bleeding and that's all I get ? She then said.... look there's nothing I can do okay I already put in two referrals for you and you didn't like them ? I said Natalie " you being rude and not even caring about what I'm going through so please stop talking over me " she said " WELL MAYBE YOUR THE PROBLEM AND THATS WHY YOU COMPLAINED ABOUT OTHER OFFICES !!!" I cant believe she would even tell a patient that . For someone in the medical field to even blame a patient and not even take an extra step to help is crazy to me. I then asked for a manager she said she would get him ... she placed me on hold and came back saying .. no manager is here so call tomorrow - I said can u take my number down and have him call she said " no you can call tomorrow " this is beyond crazy to me and so sad ! I pray nobody experiences what they put me through.

She didn't diagnose my medical condition correctly when I first went to her and my condition escalated. When I tried to get another appointment for her to check why my condition was getting worse, front desk said I had to wait 7 weeks for the first available appointment. I asked if the Dr could call me so I can ask her what I should do in the meantime. It's been 2 weeks and she still hasn't called me back. This is a very very uninformed Dr who is not up to date with the latest findings in the medical world. I wish I had not picked her as my primary care. I'm off to finding someone who really cares about giving care and keeps up to date with advances in the medical field.

New patient, just transferred from Kaiser due to job change. I was asked if I wanted a physical and “woman’s exam” I figured why not. Always good to get a Pap smear if it’s covered.
The appointment was normal if a little unprofessional as I could see the doctor typing on her iPad as I talked, I even saw the passcode to the iPad which just seems weird to me considering there is sensitive information about all patients on those iPads. Now, as I could SEE what was being typed, I know the doctor was also inaccurate, entering in things like “PTSD” for my requested psychiatrist referral which was odd considering I stated three separate times that for 10+ years I’ve been treated for major depression, ADHD, and PMDD..all of which of course, are not PTSD.
When I went to review the notes on my file online, the PMDD and depression are listed and no ADHD. It felt like I was not being taken seriously for conditions that I am diagnosed to have and conditions. I’ve struggled for many years to cope with. It was very invalidating.

My REAL complaint though, was the woman’s exam. After asking if I’d been pregnant before, I told her yes and I have had two abortions, her demeanor changed completely. At one point a nurse even opened the exam room door, talked to the doctor for the 1-2 minutes with the door wide open while I sat in my paper vest and the ripped paper sheet over my legs and pelvis, otherwise naked. The doctor seemed to be completely indifferent to my discomfort in this moment. There was no apology for the interruption or professionalism as she read another patients lab results in front of me. I was shocked! I felt exposed and totally helpless.

Then the exam. She was not gentle with my pelvic exam. Something I honestly didn’t realize mattered till now. I have never had any discomfort with these exams and for the first time it was painful to the point of me wincing twice, yet she did not react at all. After, she reached into a cabinet and pulled out a package of baby wipes. She offered them up to me, while I’m still naked and sitting on the exam table. I was confused. She continued to hold the package out, so I took one. She said “you don’t want two?” Huh? Then I realized this was for me to “clean myself up” between my legs. She then told me I could get dressed. And proceeded to sit in the room while I wiped myself down and redressed.

The last time I was treated this crassly I was a freshman in college hooking up with a jerk. The type who throws you a dirty towel afterwards to wipe up like you’re some kind of animal. I got to my car and started crying. I was so shaken and honesty felt violated. I cannot believe another woman could treat me this way, especially in a medical setting. Maybe these doctors are better with men. But if you value your privacy or are the type to feel uncomfortable if strangers see you naked/treat your sexual organs like an arm or a leg, please take my advice and consider a different doctor.

If you think your life is too easy this is the right place to give you a lot of stress. Receptionist is rude and clueless and overall unprofessional. They didn't know how insurance works, lost blood test. Just awful, never going there again.

I never even made through the door all I did Is called for appointment as new client, this lady with such patronizing attitude answers, no appointments till November! I told her if it’s all possible please I have a small persistent fiver for last week probably some infection or such? no! no! appointment till November go to emergency! This days with Covid-19 probably the emergency is to busy for small symptoms, I don’t know what happened to people this days no compassion no apathy? No no! So I said ok thank you. I understand no spaces for appointment available, but why such bed attitude!
Maybe it’s good I didn’t make it through the door with such attitude and for it’s probably reflect the all office. Shame

Terrible doctors office. They could care less about their patients and following up on referrals. I wouldnt recommend anyone much less a family member here.
