As the reviews posted praise the home nursing program are favorable, the same does not apply to the physical therapy staff and service that was assigned to my mother. Recently my 88 year old mother was assigned to Accredited through her medical facility. The first PT was not motivating or encouraging to help my mom accomplish her exercises. As i understand elderly patients can be a challenge, I believe therapists should have the tools to try and encourage and be creative to help the client engage. It is a challenge but these individuals should have proper tools to assist the client. The PT was also rude to the care givers who are assisting my mom as well as not communicating with family to schedule the visits. Numerous times the PT was instructed to make all appointment visits with the family member. A second PT was requested to replace the PT originally assigned in hopes to find someone that would be a better fit. There were visits where the second PT asked the caregiver if they had light weights for the therapy visit because they arrived not prepared with PT strength training equipment. After several attempts to communicate all the concerns I had during visits, (PT and management) I just wanted to end the unpleasant, unacceptable service by the therapists by Accredited. A new agency was assigned and immediately the communication and willingness to help my mom improved 100%. My experience as well as my mothers was a waste of time and costs.

I have used Accredited Home Care for 8 years for my mom and dad. Dad passed about 6 years ago and we kept Accredited on for my aging mom. We recently had an emergency need for a caregiver for my bed-ridden half-conscious mother. I called Sarah at 8:30AM and she had mom covered for the remainder of the days and nights going forward. This is not the first time I have had to make an urgent call. They have never let me down in 8 years. Is everyone perfect showing up? Of course not, but in short order it all gets worked out. Last July we tried a different service because mom wanted to follow a specific caregiver. That lasted one month and we went running back to Accredited. Because of Accredited, I can sleep better at night.

I highly recommend Accredited Home Care for in home assistance. All of their Care givers are kind, compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They come to work with one goal in mind to give the best assistance to their patient. They make sure the patient is comfortable and well taken care of. They become like an extension of the family. This was the best choice we made to help care for our mother and her recovery from surgery.

Staff is amazing and worked diligently to provide care for my dad with short notice. The caregivers were so kind and understanding. My dad is confused sometimes so it takes patience. I don’t live near my dad but the caregivers kept me in the loop by phone. I always felt confident that he was getting the care he needed. I highly recommend Accredited and thank them for their service.

Accredited Nursing (A.N.) along with other care agencies were given to me as possibilities for my sister with cancer. Within a few minutes of the original contact, I received a phone call! Giulio, the branch manager immediately was answering my 22 questions! Yes! 22! In the past few months since hiring A.N. each call or text is answered within a few minutes.
A.N. is professional, courteous and patient!

If there is an issue with any situation, they address it immediately! The caregiver’s expertise, kindness and talents are also greatly appreciated.

Our family is blessed to work with Giulio and the A.N. team in assisting us during a very difficult time. I highly recommend Accredited Nursing with confidence!

The nursing staff assigned to me have been incredible. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and really take the time to get to know you as more that just another patient. Specifically, Lorin Paschal, Amy Sellery and Leddy Hoffman have been just amazing. They take the time to respond almost immediately to my texts and questions. Their ability to coordinate with my schedule has enabled me to return part-time to work. I can't tell you what time means to be able to return to my normal routine. I could not have done this without them. They are the best. Please make sure they are acknowledged within Accredited. They go the extra mile to make your organization top tier. If I or a friend ever needed home health nursing support in the future I would not hesitate to rely on or refer friends to Accredited.

I have nothing against accredited because they have been doing great ever since. My only concern is their customer service at the call centers. Usually they are polite and easy to approach. But today was a lot different, my mom spoke to someone who’s mean. And by the tone of her voice towards my mom, I’m assuming she’s racist. Too bad I did not get her name. But PLEASE. Train your call center agents to be as approachable as they can be. They are not entitled to be mean. More so, they are NEVER entitled to be a racist. No one is. It’s non negotiable.

I have used Accredited Home Care for my patients for 15 years and exclusively for 12 years. I have had a plethora of "thank you’s" from patients through the years. Most patients gave me excellent to superior reviews. Only 1 patient gave me an average and 1 patient a bad review. The last one was from someone who was impossible to please with any service. The services were for basic post-op or wound care to chronically, very ill patients with surgical issues or very complicated wound issues. Accredited Home Care also took tremendous care of patients with concurrent medical issues and coordinated with the patient's PMD. Hospital admissions were noticeably reduced in these elderly or very ill patients. They were always available to help my patients transition from the hospital to their homes including on the weekends and holidays. I normally do not write reviews. However, Accredited Home Care services were so varied and impressive in all facets of care. They are an extremely valuable asset to the communities that they serve. From their owner, Barry Berger to the home care specialists including Babs Kleiman and Lisa Janke, the intake specialists, Desi Doron and Sherry Diamond and most importantly for the patients - the home nurses (including Leddy Hoffman [no relation], Anastasiya Vislova, Marina Gynosyan, Marcela Berry, Tatiana Gurarie, Jackie Wolf, Lilene Olma, Deborah Watson, others whose names I apologetically do not recall) were fabulous. Their focus is care for the patient. The level of expertise, knowledge, communication, care and respect were superior to other agencies that tried to ply me from Accredited Home Care. I also have personal knowledge as they have helped 2 immediate family members and I saw personally how Accredited Home Care - cares for their patients. I have no financial affiliation with Accredited Home Care. For home healthcare and their extended services, Accredited Home Care is the best choice you can make for your patients.
