So my Experience wasn’t as great as it was before. I took my daughter here and had a great experience. Now it was my turn for my appointment and it was horrible. The receptionist in the front and the nurse (both ladies) were fantastic! Very sweet and polite and helped with any questions I had. Now down to the Dr named Carlos Ferrufino. I will be transparent here. I came in to see what can I do about certain weight issues I am having that’s causing other issues. When he came in the room he said who is here for the appt you or your daughter. I said me. My daughter was sitting on the bed and me on the chair. He grabbed my 9 yr old daughter’s arm and pulled her off the bed like yanked her and told her to go sit in the chair. Then he proceeded to ask me am I here to be seen for a physical. I said well kind of more like with weight. Then he automatically judged me and said I’m not giving you any special injections or pills. First of all I wasn’t there to get any of that I was there to come up with solutions and figure out what is causing certain issues. Then I tried to explain what issues I am having and he kept cutting me off wouldn’t even let me get a word out and then asked me if I have a gym membership. I said yes I do I been going for 6+ months and I have proof. Then he said I’m not giving you anything I lost weight with just diet and exercise. I told him that’s what I’m doing right now but I’m having other issues and he cut me off again and said I will order a thyroid test and then walked out the room. I didn’t get a chance to explain what I was there for or what issues I was having. I couldn’t explain nothing at all what’s so ever. I drove 37 minutes and waited almost 1 hr past my appointment time to get treated like that by Dr. Carlos . I never had a horrible experience with a Dr like that. Usually Drs listen to your problems and needs and try to come up with a solution. I got judged, ignored, my daughters arm got yanked, and no solution was made. I hope he gets fired because he is probably doing this to other patients also. He needs to leave the medical field and find something else to do because that is not the way to treat patients at all. Horrible doctor. I’m only giving this place a few stars because the receptionist and nurse were awesome.

Just started to come here since my insurance got changed over at ten beginning of the year. It's been awesome so far. All my questions have been answered. Dr. Gilani is amazing. Courteous and friendly. The best in town, my opinion. Takes her time to actually go through your results and to ask if you have any questions. Now, the other doc...Dr. Ferrufino...hmmmm

I went to this facility as a first-time patient. My apt was for 8 a.m., and I arrived 15 minutes early. The doors were locked, and no one was available. At exactly 8 a.m., the provider, Deborah I Freeman, arrived and opened the door. There were other patients waiting to enter the facility as well. When we got inside, Deborah ( the provider) proceeded to tell us that she could not check us in because she didn't know how and proceeded to make us wait. One of the other patients asked Deborah a question about having to arrive at 8 a.m. when her appointment for her son wasn't until 9. She was worried about having her tiny infant in the lobby because of covid 19. Deborah became visibly angry and aggressively stated, "You can reschedule I am the provider here." The lady was visibly shaken by her interaction. I spoke with her and calmed her down. When I was taken into the back room and was given the standard first-time patient questionnaire, whenever I asked a question, she would get visibly angry and aggressively answer. At times she completely disregarded my questions. The entire visit felt rushed, and the provider acted as if she didn't care for any of the patients. When explaining my history, Deborah looked dead at me and stated I am not listening to you I am filling out this paperwork. When giving detail about my previous diagnosis, she told me its a yes or no answer, answer yes or no. Her manner was very aggressive, angry, and quite agitated. I was under the impression you should always arrive before your appointment to fill out paperwork. The reception staff didn't arrive until 8:30. However, The reception staff and the attending nurse ( not Deborah) was very kind and sweet.

I have been going to Bartz Alta Donna community clinic almost since it opened here in California City. Not many doctors to choose from. The clinic has had a few doctors come and go. But I personally have loved every single one of them. They have been respectful and kind. Have never had a problem . It might take a little longer for your appointment but I don't mind it much. I love the staff and my doctor

Worst doctors I've ever took my son too. I don't wanna get into details on here because It will be soo long. The nurses and front desk lady was amazing but the doctor was absolutely horrible never will I be back.
