I went here because I didn't want to go to the ER. And the VA recommended that I go here. I waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before being seen. The reception is argued with me about what VA insurance is called. I think I would know what it's called since I've been a veteran longer than she has probably been alive.

When the physician's assistant came in, he had an attitude. I told him that I have an ear infection and I was coming there to get antibiotics because I had already been sick for over 2 weeks. He said that he will not give me antibiotics and that I'd have to go find another doctor to do that and that he would only give me Robitussin which I can go get myself over the counter. He just laughed it off and thought that it was funny.

I ended up going to the ER at the VA and their doctor confirmed that I had a double ear infection and they couldn't believe that that PA said my ear was not infected. Both ears were red and inflamed on the inside and the eardrum was cloudy so it was very obviously and ear infection. It's like the PA didn't even bother to look.

In addition, they misdiagnosed my son with a health concern during a routine physical and he had to see specialists who then told him he did not have that problem. It affected his ability to play sports for a season.

This place has terrible customer service. I don't know if the staff is overworked or unqualified or what but they are not helpful. Don't waste your time going here. Go somewhere else because the doctor will refuse to help you and you'll have to go somewhere else anyways. I hope this helps you avoid this place and get the carrier looking for faster.

A great experience every time I come here! Brought my kids in today and the wait time was quick, got a diagnosis, prescription was sent to our choice of pharmacy and we were done! Each person from the receptionist, to the provider, and even the discharge nurse were helpful, caring, and great with my kids!
Kids got stickers and suckers which they loved and made for a great exit! Thank you to the provider Lindsey for putting my mom nerves at ease and the discharge nurse, Daisy for loading my kids up with awesome stickers and suckers! Thank you to all the staff!

I had a fantastic experience at your Urgent Care last week when I brought my child in. We were in and out within an hour, and my daughter received a diagnosis. It was much quicker than waiting at Kaiser Urgent Care. I appreciate that you are linked with Kaiser and that the prescription was sent over promptly to the KP pharmacy. The staff, especially Daisy and Dawnee, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered my child a candy and snack at the end, which made her very happy. I will definitely be returning to this Urgent Care, as it deserves a 10/10 rating.

I first want to say that I have been to this urgent care several times and have had good experiences always with a follow up call after my visits. The providers are helpful and caring.

However I went in this Sunday for my self and my daughter and I saw the provider Alina Seract. Everything that came out of her mouth was rude and demeaning, she lacks empathy and makes you fee like a number. She did absolutely nothing for my daughter and my daughter has gotten progressively worse and I feel it is because of her. I found out that there is a flu shot that could have been given and a flu test which she did not take the time to do. I am aware that that shot and test can only happen early on however, it was her first day of symptoms and I let her know that
. As a patient, I did not get out of bed sick with symptoms to drag myself and my daughter out for someone to make me feel stupid and to be of no help! I will not allow Alina Seract to see us again!

Rude reception and the provider spent 30 seconds in the room with us. I usually don't have a problem here but the last 2 experiences have been awful. Today I spent almost 2 hours waiting in the waiting room for the provider to spend 30 seconds in the room, do a half assed evaluation and send us on our way. Not to mention the front desk gal treated me and everyone like if we were a bother to her. I never understand why some healthcare workers act like that!

I came to this urgent care cause it was near my house and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a “doctors” clinic.

I’m allergic to mosquito bites and get severe pain and swelling in seconds to the point where I can’t move due to the pain.
Skin creams and oral medication don’t work for me and do very little to slow down the reaction. I thought going to this urgent care was going to be a quick in and out.

The Dr. gaslit me said I was not allergic to mosquito bites. Going as far as to downplay the pain and itchiness I was feeling in that moment by showing me her own “bites” on her arm.

She tried making me feel dumb saying that it happens to everyone and it’ll go away on its own. She rejected my request for a steroid shot and looked at me like I was an addict. She also ended up prescribing a cortisone ointment, which I told her I already had 2 of.

I don’t want to blame my experience on her being a white woman but I think more POC staff is needed at this location.
I ended up crying from frustration and decided to go to the Loma linda medical center where they did listen to my needs.

I wish I had gotten her name so I can tell you all not to be seen by her but unfortunately I didn’t. She is blond, skinny and looks to be in her early thirties so be weary of that.

No patient should ever feel how I felt that day and it goes to show how some people should NOT be working in health care professions.

This urgent care is very unprofessional. Not only did I wait 2 plus hours to be seen but once I got into the room to be seen the doctor was very unhelpful. He came in and went right out. He didn’t even check my daughter nor did he diagnose her, he completely brushed off my concerns. It was a really rushed visit and he was just in a rush to get me and my daughter out. for the money I paid I’m really disappointed I didn’t receive quality service. I then took my daughter to a different urgent care where she was diagnosed to be sick. So I’m really disappointed this dr at this urgent care didn’t take the time to check out my daughter he just brushed me off and said she was fine. Don’t waste your time coming here they won’t be helpful at all. I should of just gotten my refund when I asked for it.
