I'm super disappointed with this place. After giving it several chances, I give up. My reasoning behind this is mainly bc of the staff. The staff is TERRIBLE (I have also seen ZERO results). All of the girls are young, clueless & have no social cues. They are rude, do not look you in your eyes (look you up and down actually) & give no real advice when giving injections. I have made several comments and they are always ignored. There is one girl, with tattoos who is very sweet. Other than her & the actual doctors, everyone else is horrible. The front desk girls are also always gossiping about clients (HIPPA who?), their personal life & more up front extremely loud in front of other clients, no manners at all. The office is dirty, unexciting & unwelcoming... Also, one time I was here a maintenance worker came in asking when they are able to turn the water off bc they needed to fix something. One of the girls said you can turn it off whenever, he said "are you sure? we can come after business hours, it will be off for a few hours" she said yup no problem!! Even he was confused. Shouldn't you be washing your hands before injecting people?!!! This place is a dump. I hope management looks in to these reviews bc its a shame this is just a good location turned to a dump. Do yourself a favor & find a better clinic.

Waste of time. I called ahead to see if they could split 50 units of Botox between two underarms and they said it would be up to the provider at the consultation. Came in and the provider said that would be fine if I had it done before. She called the owner and they said no. I would have to pay for the full 100 units even if I used less. Next time just say that on the phone.

I've been going here for B12 Lipo shots for several months now. Highly recommend the Redlands location. Daisy & Emani are the absolute best at giving injections 💉 Please ask for them & enjoy a great experience! 👍

Worst weightloss clinic they wasted my time! I was on puentee mine previously in august and they had me get the special for a month. Of phentermine which was $99 and they only gave me 1 week a lipo injection and B12 tablets the next week I went in they told me I was not a candidate for phentermine anymore since I had lost 3.4 pounds! Like seriously I have not ate at all all day so obviously I am going to be those pounds less! So I asked for a refund because it just does not make sense that in one week I’m no longer a candidate when I didn’t even take the phentermine I was given since it was in a capsule form & I can’t take capsules & wanted a different dose that was a pill I can break I even asked for the lowest dose as long as it was in a pill form! They only refunded me back $53 like really and my time worst place ever! They will waste your time! I RECOMMEND (RCMC) there’s a location in rancho & banning, hesperia. They won’t waste your time & the staff is so cheerful welcoming & they care if you want to loose 15 or 20 pounds this is the place! They won’t lie to you and give you medication one week & have you buy a months worth to tell you the next week you are not eligible for phentermine & they are moving you to natural meds! Lol
