Went in for a physical and didn't hear back results on blood work until 3 weeks passed by when I finally called to check in. I left a message with the staff for him to call back, week passed, no call, called back again, left another message, no call, finally called one last time and left a disappointed message with staff about the lack of care to which he finally responded with the most nonchalant, laziest description of the results. Not returning to Dr. Osmani again.

Dr. Osmani is one of the best and most caring doctors. He's very smart with lots and broad experiences.
Dr. Osmani is very thorough with all he does.
He does a great job. He's one out of hundred.
He thoroughly examines you from head to toe, also educates me of my conditions, and immediately creates the best plan of care that will give me comfort, feelings of being in safe hands, at the same time, removing fears of the unknown.
Dr. Osmani, I have noted at all times, even in the most difficult/worst, challenging ailments would always componts himself well, handling the conditions/concerns smartly. His experience is more than exceptional. He's office is always clean and calm at all times on each visits.
His office staffs are great, humbled and caring group of people. They are always there for you at all times, with all the support needed. Always following up and updating me, avoiding delay on my treatments and care.
I love them all. Thank you so much to everyone. Really, appreciate your care.

Scam artists. My wife came for a routine check up today and paid the 15$ co pay. Upon completion of her exam the front receptionist informed her that theirs a new policy (started today) requiring full deductible payment of $150.00 because Dr. Osmani not been paid by the insurance companies. THEY FORCED HER TO PAY THE 150.00$... that information should have been disclosed BEFORE services were rendered. Not blind side her on the way out...called Aetna insurance and they conference call Dr. Osmani office, Aetna representative communicated the illegal act his office did and Dr. Osamni had the audacity to tell Aetna my wife can get her refund when Aetna pays its bills!!? Eventually got the refund but the damage is done. Our family will never do business here again. Thanks for stressing us out and wasting our time to get our refund back....we should never have to pay extra on the back end because of your office inability to get reimbursed by your billings practices. Let this be a warning of the shady business practice by Dr. Osmani. I have the reciept to prove my allegation. If Dr. Osmani have apologized to my wife, i would not have had the urge to post this thread. It's never okay to shake down anyone on their way out.....COMPLETE NONSENSE.

Dr. Osmani is one of the most caring physicians that I have ever met. He actually takes the time to listen and address your concerns. He is very thorough. I highly recommend him.
