Such an awesome experience! Angie is such a pro - able to calmly and patiently explain to you the process and what to expect. I know that people experience different results based on their own personal experiences, but for me it was like months of deep meditation condensed into a single session. I came out in an extremely serene state. I would definitely do another session! Highly recommended!

I did the 1:1 Journey Virtual (on Zoom) and I absolutely loved it. Angie is knowledgeable and professional, she gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my questions. I learned a lot about my body throughout the session, released a lot of tension and gained focus. By the end of the last exercise I was feeling renewed, grounded and filled with gratitude.
