We are here on a Saturday morning along with 8 other patients. We walked in at 9 am. The receptionist was alone and could not greet everyone AND enter them into the system at the same time. So AFTER everyone was signed in, 15 min later, she was able to start entering in names. Behind her we could see the nurses and the Dr. chatting and joking around. It was so disheartening to watch one person work so hard and see others doing nothing. This should be named Understaffed Care. It certainly isn't Urgent. And completely inefficient.

Had a very bad cough, was seen by the Doctor with in an hour, and had an X-ray. I was a walk in. My GP couldn't see me for a week. Thanks CMH for the help and good care.

This was my first visit to Urgent Care and it was very favorable. I felt miserable so being greeted professionally and warmly helped. After a shorter than expected wait, I was being cared for. The nurses were outstanding, and the doctor very attentive and informative. My entire experience was outstanding and will recommend all friends and family seek treatment and care here. Thank you to a wonderful staff.

Used them today for the first time with no problem. Receptionist was friendly and to the point. Of course, she had to ask why I was there. Got me signed in. Nurse pulled me in with little wait time, took my vitals, and asked a couple more questions. Doctor came in a short time later. He was very thorough, ordered the test I needed, and sent me on my way. We'll see how the follow-up care is after my test results. But, so far, so good.

We've been using this urgent care for about 7 years now and have never had a bad experience. My family members have been seen for things ranging from bronchitis to deep cuts requiring stitches. The staff has always been friendly, taken our co-pay at the window (no billing required), and our prescriptions have always been called into the pharmacy of our choice. I'm sure every establishment can have a moment now and then but we've not personally experienced any and highly recommend this facility. Just wish they were open on Sunday's. Not going to knock them for getting a day off.

Nurse Miss Regina and Dr. Wright along with the staff were all completely professional and efficient in getting me and others I witnessed taken care of. They went above and beyond to take care of my situational needs, that even ended up helping me to keeping my job. Thank you guys so much, again above and beyond even compared military medical standards that I was used too. You guys are the best!!!

We were checked in and told that there will be a long wait, so just wait in the car and we will give you a call. After 2 hours of waiting we got a call from them saying that the provider has gone for the day due to an emergency and dismissed without being assisted , we were never told that the provider was gone when we checked in with them couple time to see how many patients are ahead of us. It was a very stressful experience.

It's okay. What can you really say about an Urgent Care right?
The nurses seem to be in a hurry and not too compassionate. My daughter got her ears flushed because of wax build up. While she cried the staff didn't pause or offer any comfort. I had to step in.
