I have been with Primary Medical Group for over 25 years and have never experienced such a lack of compassion as I have with this office. I'm new to the Camarillo area and to the office since Dr. Chase retired last year and in the last month I've been turned away twice and asked to go to another office because Karen Popp has nothing open. The office staff is rude and has no customer service etiquette or even try to accommodate long standing patients. Gone are the days of great office practice which Dr. Banman and Dr. Chase demonstrated for so many years.
The Camarillo office clearly doesn't have what it takes to take care of patients.
