The customer service at Rosewood Dental is customer focused and outstanding! Anita is a great hygienist and the best! I’ve been going to her for over 30 years and she is a gem. Always answers questions and is meticulous about cleaning and never any discomfort. The office is professionally run and spotless! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Rosewood! PS, the dentists are amazing too I just didn’t see one when I was recently there!

While Sheila was very cordial and professional, I got “sticker shock” at the prices for her teeth cleaning services at the front lobby desk. This increase, while understandable; is unfortunately prompting me to search for lower cleaning prices. Would you price match
Also, could payments to your company continued to be made at your “side bar” rather than at the front counter so that financial orientated conversations are NOT within earshot of customers in your lobby

My first visit was with Dr.Pizza and his assistant Shannon. They were very professional and kind. The doctor did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and going over my history. He had great advice and suggestions Their facilities are clean professional and top-notch. I was definitely impressed with everyone there. I have found my new dentist.!

Incredible experience with everyone at this office! Administrative staff are alway super nice, efficient, and respectful! I got my teeth cleaned by Sheila, and I couldn’t have asked for a better cleaning! I loved the way my teeth looked after! She was also very informative and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Scott Packham is my dentist and he is amazing, he takes a lot of care and pays attention to detail!
