Welcoming experience! After a warm greeting and a brief wait, I was taken back to a clean, bright room. I was scheduled for a procedure after having a biopsy on my last visit. Dr Nguyen is very caring and professional. She took her time to explain my options and the pros and cons of each. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Nguyen and she performed the procedure with a gentle touch and great care. My procedure site is healing nicely and I’m happy with the care I received at Coastal Dermatology.

I was a little late due to my error and the office and doctor were helpful in seeing. Everyone was gracious and kind. I really appreciate Dr Nguyen bedside manner. She is so caring and thorough.

I have been a patient here for several years. The staff is excellent and provide a friendly environment and great service. Most recent visits were non routine and they were able to get me in in a timely way. I could find other providers much closer to my home but this is a great office.

Receptionist is rude and unfriendly. Berating me about the lengthy checking in process when I have been going here for years and within last 12 months. Questioning me like I don’t know my own answers. Telling me to sit down after making me return to counter twice, because there wasn’t room at their huge counter and no one else was there. Didn’t hand back my insurance card. Have had to wait for an extended period to be seen in the past.

Dr. Kaplan seems competent, otherwise I’d go elsewhere.

The staff are very friendly and efficient, and I was extremely impressed by Dr Nguyen. She is an excellent doctor who is knowledgeable and professional. All in all, I had a thoroughly positive experience!

It’s professional, efficient and friendly. I recently lost my husband and when I had to cancel my prior appointment the receptionist was soo kind. Dr. Kaplan is a great physician and diagnostician. We are fortunate he is in Camarillo.
