I was surprised to see anyone write anything negative about Dr. Morin. He has been my personal physician for almost 20 years and he is frankly the best I have ever had. He takes the time to hear and understand you and he is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. Nothing is ever perfect with any doctor, given that they are human and not Gods, but Dr. Morin is one of the only ones I have ever known to admit that. I could not be more fortunate to be his patient, and I hope he will be in practice for a long time to come.

I’d give him zero stars if I could… Beware of Dr offices care more about a co pay than the actual patient. Dr. Ego doesn’t listen to his patients, instead you wait in the exam room while he’s on the phone with the BMW dealership whining about how expensive the parts are.(Yes I could hear you thru the wall. Instead of referring me to the ER, I was told to “come back tomorrow for another shot..” if it wasn’t for one of his nurse practitioners(who finally quit for a real job) I would have been in worse shape. Turns out I had MRSA, and eventually lost a toes…. If you need a doctor, you’re better off at a veterinary hospital that Channel Islands Urgent Care…

I absolutely adore Dr. Morin!! Although his office may be very busy, he never made me feel rushed! His gentle demeanor gave me confidence and the in-house procedure he performed was quick and painless! He actually has my prescription called into the pharmacy before I get there, ( trust me, that’s a rare find)! My particular insurance is not common, but he accepted it and wrote off all contracted amounts without hesitation!! Dr. Morin’s is a hidden jewel... I almost hate to give this review because I want to keep him for my family and my self!

Came here for shoulder pain. Took an x-ray and misdiagnosed as dislocated shoulder which cost me a 200 dollar trip to the ER. Insurance said my x-ray was medically unnecessary and instead of disputing with insurance like other doctors he just passed the bill onto me. Before giving me any time to try and resolve the issue with insurance on my own he started charging me late fees on the bill. Overall, extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided here and the fact that the doctor has no faith that his own tests are medically necessary is just plain sad.

My son and I have been coming to Dr.Morin for a few years now. They have always been great although going to the Doctor is always the best feeling we always leave feeling at ease as well as feeling better. Highly recommend this place for children as well as adults.

Wow! The worst front desk ever! I called on a Monday afternoon for a yearly physical. I make it a point to write down notes when calling places just in case I run into problems beacuse 1st thing they ask is "who did you speak to?" I spoke to a Scott,according to my notes,and I called the day before to confirm my appointment and they said they don't even have my name down anywhere. I had made arraingements with my employer that Monday and now these guys don't have me written down anywhere? They passed me over to someone else and they again ask me for my name again! Why didn't the original person who answered give such a simple thing as my name to this employee that is supposed to resolve the issue? I said name again for the 4th time and stated that I made an appoinment and the person who attend to me was Scott. He then states there are multiple Scotts that work here. Instead of squeezing me in and making good on this error on their part I just kept hearing "we don't have you written down" Dr. Morin you should clean house, your staff is horrible and that coming from someone with over 30 years in the medical field.
