I haven't been to a doctor in years, partially because I've always struggled with my weight. Because of this every doctor I've ever seen has blamed every ailment on my weight without any background information or any testing. Today I was extremally nervous and was waiting for the doctor to blame my weight and give me a diet plan. He didn't. He listened to what I was saying, asked about symptoms I didn't even realize were related to my issue and explained how we were going to address them. He didn't make me feel bad about anything he simply offered solutions. I've never had an experience like this at any other doctors office. I truly cant express how grateful I am. Thank you Dr. Brown! If you're nervous or distrustful of doctors because of weight related issues, or medical gaslighting, I highly suggest Florence Medical Associates and Dr. Brown!

I was very uncertain about a doctor younger than my son. However, Dr. Darby is one of the best doctors I have used. I am glad I went. He is a concerned doctor. He is very thorough when asking questions about the symtoms you address with him. I highly recommend if you are looking Dr. Darby is an excellent choice.

I had a 2:00 appointment. Being unfamiliar with the area I got an early start and arrive 1/2 hour early. I immediately thought " well, doggone gonna hafta sit here and watch maury povich for the next 30 minutes"
Not the case. I filled out the necessary forms and was seen with 15 minutes of my arrival. The young lady at the desk, Dr. Brumitt and his assistants were courteous and efficient. Thank you.

It would be really great to find a doctor that cares...this office has too many patients and the doctors don't have time to provide care. They don't provide you with enough information that's understandable.

The business practices of this clinic are unduly restrictive. My mother, a long time patient of Dr. Brown's, saw Dr. Inkyung Santiago on a prior visit while Dr. Brown was out. We've asked twice to make an appointment with Dr. Inkyung Santiago and have been told it is not possible. I am quite frustrated that the practice won't allow a female patient to see the only female doctor employed there.

Dr. Darby seems concerned until he decides you're too old and it's time for hospice, then he just wants you out of the way. So if you or a family member are in your 80s, beware!
