This has been one of the best experiences for my daughter! My wife and I scheduled my 4 year old's annual physical. We saw P.A. Calkins. She was attentive asked questions or if we had any health concerns. P.A. Calkins also speaks Spanish, since my daughter is Bilingual this was a great help to her since some things she understand better in Spanish than in English and vice versa. Although P.A. Calkins was amazing and we are so grateful for her kindness and care, I will have to say the star of the day was Aimee who was the medical assistant. She was very caring and explained all procedures she was doing. She drew blood from my daughters finger with care and compassion and gave my daughter 2 vaccines. All procedures were done great without a hitch. As parents my wife and I attempt to explain all the procedures my daughter can expect to have while at a physical. This helps her greatly to prepare herself mentally and know what to expect. But this really only works so much, and you need the other half which is having great medical staff members which I believe you can find at this Dignity Health location. Thank you all so much for making my daughters visit a great one. I want her to know that going to the doctor is not something that should be scary and that you are there to help!

The receptionists were not welcoming, seemed bothered I was a new patient. One sent me to a room after taking my blood pressure walked out grabbing the door trying to close it hard but since it was on a spring it didn't do it. After it's been 30 minutes past my appointment time asked me to move to another room, as I was trying to gather my things walked away not waiting for me and begins to speak Spanish to the coworker and still had attitude. The doctor was great but before you get to her the experience isn't welcoming or comfortable.

Best doctors I’ve ever had are here. I have low expectations for doctors due to my history with them - but the doctors here are truly incredible. They make me feel genuinely cared for and seen as a human and patient.

I was supposed to be seen by my doctor. I made an appointment with her at the place I Always have gone to and when I got there they told me she wasn't at that office and gave me the wrong address so I went to the office that was correct after waiting 9 minutes for someone to answer so I could tell them I will be a little late because of the situation. Some guy told me he understood and it wouldn't be a problem. I arrived 3 minutes late and was told I couldn't be seen. I needed a refill on my medication (I have a history of seizures) but they said there's nothing they could do and tried to schedule me for a week after I was out of all of them medicine I needed that day. This was the office 2486 ponderosa suite 205. They acted highly unprofessional and now I'm st risk of having a seizure because of their mistake of one, telling me she changed locations and two telling me the wrong location once I got to the one they told me. I'd only go back to see Dr. Whatley which I've had a good experience with but their front counter people are completely ridiculous. I made a revision to my original post. The complaint I personally had was with the receptionist but I've been seen by my doctor for many month now (Dr. Sara Whatley) and she's absolutely great. In fact she's by far the best MD I've even been to. She's very compassionate and really listens unlike some doctors who just want you out asap. She's actually made my life substantially better. If you ever decide to go to this facility I'd highly recommend go to Dr. Whatley as she really does care about your well being and not just there to prescribe narcotics willy nilly. I have very bad anxiety and would often not go to certain doctors for that reason but with her, I actually look forward to going and getting some of my 'problems" if you will, resolved. Highly highly recommend going to Sara.
