Kind, professional, on time, painless!
Marie drew my blood, I didn’t feel a thing! She is exceptional! My experience at this location was excellent! Great staff, got me in on time, and back out, quickly. Highly recommended.

I'm extremely impressed at your efficient process. I booked my appt received an email that told me to check in by clicking the link below. When I got to the parking lot I did so, and walked up the stairs into the waiting area and was called right away. Gabby did and excellent job of taking my blood didn't feel it. Great process!!

Made a 12:20 appointment. It’s now 12:52…still waiting. I’m dizzy from not eating and waiting in the waiting room is making me sick.

Use the app. Make an appointment. Set notifications to text, you’ll get a text shortly before your visit. When you arrive, open the text, select the link to check in. You are done. You will see your name pop up on the monitor in the waiting area, pretty soon the technician will come out to get you.

This was the second time I was fortunate enough to have Jessica do my blood draw. For years I have suffered through multiple sticks. My veins are more prominent now that I am old, but sometime I still encounter someone who does not find the right vein. I have not encountered that for a long time at Quest.

We walked in, signed into their computer and waited almost an hour to never have them call our name. When we realized something was wrong their is of course no one at the front desk to help. More time went by and eventually I got someone to come out, they said they are closing and cannot help us, that they called our name a long time ago. Quest is a terrible company, not using them ever again.

No signage in street or on building nothing to indicate second floor. They wanted a Urine test but could not offer me a glass of water
