It was Saturday and I didn’t feel like I could wait until Monday and even try to get an appointment with my doctor. I’ve never used Urgent Care before and was very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Everyone was very nice and efficient. Dr. Diane Gilliland was very knowledgeable. If I ever need to go to Urgent Care again I will certainly go to Exer Urgent Care in Camarillo.

Dr Gilliland probably Saved my daughter's life. She was having an extreme allergic reaction to the point her throat was almost completely closed. She kept a cool head making command decisions with no hesitation. Her demeanor and actions were absolutely perfect. May God bless her, for He blessed us by having her there.

Diane was very empathetic, interpreted the situation thoroughly, asked lots of questions to ensure solutions matched needs, and offered more than one solution. Palwasha was very kind and the gentleman which took vitals was very pleasant and accommodating. I only visit Exer due to consistent excellent service across your footprint. I think there are times in life when you begin to lose faith in humanity and God sends you someone to let you know there is still hope. You are blessed to have her as the first person someone meets when they walk in the door.

My daughter had fallen and hurt her foot. Exer was the closest urgent care open on Sunday. The staff was very friendly, check- in process was very easy, and the office felt very clean and sanitized. The wait time wasn’t too bad and they were able to take x-rays at their location. They had crutches and a boot ready for her to use for her broken foot. I will definitely come here again for urgent care needs.
