Dr. delaRosa is by far the most caring provider I have ever used. She is the first doctor I’ve ever had to truly hear me and work towards solutions. I had the Delta variant of Covid in 2021 and became incredibly ill, and she worked diligently to find a care plan that put me on the road to healing. I truly feel that her dedication to my case saved my life. Her staff is kind and helpful and so compassionate. I feel very comfortable with the team at Complete Medical Care and feel that they have a passion for others that cannot be replicated. We are blessed to have Dr. delaRosa in the Shoals!

Dr. delaRosa has been a saving grace for not only my physical health but also my mental health. She has listened to my concerns and has ran a plethora of tests to get to the bottom of my issues. She has referred me to specialists when needed but honestly she has been the single most helpful physician I have ever been to. Dr. delaRosa has always been kind and gentle, she actively listens and is willing to invest her time researching things she doesn't have enough information on. With Dr. delaRosa as my PCP, I have been able to get answer about my health issues and some relief for some of my more chronic and debilitating issues. I have also seen Amberley Smith and have had wonderful, insightful, and helpful appointments with her as well. Amberley actually recommended one of the most helpful medications I am currently on.

I love Dr. delaRosa. She listens to you and is very patient and kind. She is someone I feel comfortable talking too. She has helped me lose weight and to lower my cholesterol. The whole office is great to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very thankful for this doctors office. Called and left a message for a script to treat my migraines and it was called in with a PA approved within an hour. Love Jessica and the rest of the staff!

I'm very disappointed that Dr. DelaRosa will no longer be seeing her patients in person herself but assigning them all to see her nurse practicitoner. Her nurse practicitoner does not give the same care and attention and seems more interested in rules and showing her authority. Very disappointing to build a relationship with a good doctor and then be tossed off to an NP that you don't really care for.

Dr Delarosa is not a good Dr and her Nurse Practitioner Amberly Smith is terrible the 2 of them together helped a incompetent DHR employee Angela Haithcoat take my disabled child that I've fought to keep alive away from me. They removed my child from the hospital even though Dr Chay told them my child was not neglected she was sick and she was too sick to leave with Dr Delarosa helping and not telling the truth they put my child in a nursing home she's 25 she needed more care and when the nursing home drew labs because she still wasn't eating which was the reason I took her to the ER her potassium was very low they couldn't get in touch with Angela Haithcoat who put herself as the first contact on my child's contact list not the attorney she has given temporary custody to but I was there they had no trouble finding her Mother and had them put her in an ambulance and get her to Keller

Dr. D really cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She listens to all my concerns and addresses them appropriately. Also, her staff are awesome!! Very friendly, warm, welcoming experience every time.

Always gets me answers to my ailments. Takes times and follows up after labs are run if anything is concerning. Never rushes me or talks rudely to me.
