Called months ago to try to establish my children at this office and was told to just come in and do it. Then I asked about sick appointments since my children were already up to date on Well child check ups for the year they told me to just “come in or call that day and we will see them”. So that’s what I did when my son was sick and needed to be seen and the front desk staff acted like I was insane for bringing my son into their office. Told me I should just take him to an urgent care and do it the proper way if I wanted to have them seen for well child appointments. Which will not be needed since I would never take my children to an office where the front desk and nurses at the front treat me and my son like we are an inconvenience for their office. I would never trust anyone at this office with their care. I took my business to an urgent care since this office clearly doesn’t see “sick children”.

So far my experience with the office staff, medical assistants, billing office, physician, etc. has been nothing but pleasant and straightforward. We got my son in early on a Saturday when he was 2 days old to establish care. Brianne, the N.P. was nothing but sweet and emphatic with us after learning our son already lost 10% of his birth weight at the time. We see Dr. Galan regularly and we have no complaints after almost a year. Yes the office building is old, they still use paper charts, etc. but cosmetics don’t take away from their care.

Warning! Do not go there! They are extremely rude and the office manager will hang up on you. I plan to make a formal complaint as well. After reading all these reviews I am glad the "office manager" hung up on me. This place sounds like a nightmare. Especially if you are military and have Tricare insurance. RUN and do not trust these people

Wonderful pediatric office my son recently became a patient here and they were so welcoming the doctors and staff are so amazing. by the end of the visit I felt so comfortable and heard by them which I appreciate so much because a lot of offices don't really care about their patients that way anymore I definitely look forward to bringing my son here for future visits.

Hands down the best pediatrician(s) in Ventura County. Dr. Gold is loved by my whole family and every member of my immediate and extended family goes here. Hands down, if you need a new pediatrician, GO HERE!

Dr. D’Andre had me wait over 30 minutes to be seen when I arrived early. This made me late for school, so incredibly unprofessional! This practice only cares about money, they will do their best to work you around their schedule, and then not make time to see you within a 30 minute window you came for. Not to mention he didn’t even see me as a result. I wish I could give zero stars because that’s how worthless this experience was.

Not impressed. We switched to a different provider after a few visits. The rooms are outdated and dingy; the harsh fluorescent lighting highlights the chipped paint and vintage wall paper in the patient rooms.

Dr. Galan is great. My daughter went there from almost 1 until 4 and a half and my son saw him for the first 9 months until we moved out of California. She referred us to a neurologist quickly and helped us set up speech therapy, OT, and physical therapy. When covid hit she gave me the advice to keep my newborn away from people, don’t eat indoors, etc. Looking back I really appreciate her honesty and was really looking out for my newborns well being. I wish we still had her as our pediatrician.
