I went to see the dermatologist and she was totally useless, this woman named Lisa. I explain to her that I’ve taken a certain medication multiple times, and it worked perfectly for me in the past. She proceeds to tell me that my current skin issues don’t require that medicine, I explained to her that I’ve used those medicines that she wants me to take in the past and they never work and I wind up on the medicine I’m asking for anyway, but you know since she’s the doctor I guess she thinks she knows best even though it’s my skin, doctors like this disgust me because they take money from my insurance and they get paid and I don’t get any actual service. The stuff she’s telling me to use won’t work, I know from past experience and she wasn’t listening to my needs or concerns at all. I’ll wait until she leaves this office and they replace her before I schedule again.

There are no words to describe the level of disappointment with the service; from the support staff loosing my parent's HIPPA release of information forms, to waiting for 2 months before receiving results on a STAT studies, to doctors talking about insurance coverage instead of hearing patient's concerns. If you need a PCP, I would look elsewhere!!

Do not come here. I went for a well visit, and got everything but. Dr. Cisnarik had no idea what he was talking about, and I left feeling like "what a waste of a well visit." As it turns out, his billing office submitted to my insurance it was not a well visit, and now they are trying to charge me. When I called to resolve it, their attitude was basically, "that's not our problem." Now I'm stuck with a doctor bill, and did not even get what I went to them for. I will never go back there again, and advise others not to either.

My Mom came to see her new rheumatologist at this location. All I can is that the staff treated my Mom awful & even the rheumatologist told her to find a new rheumatologist due to her being late, but that was due to them giving my Mom the wrong address. She’s going to a different rheumatologist now.

The doctors are great but the staff were very difficult. I called 5 times just for a doctors note and no one answered. I spent 11 minutes on hold with no answer. It was very frustrating!
